If we talk about the history of Corbett National Park, it is established in 1936 with the name Hailey National Park and renamed as Ramganga National Park in 1952, got its present name in 1957 after Jim Corbett, the famous naturalist and photographer. Wear sports shoes instead of slippers, sandals or heels, for the topography here is a bit rugged.

Silence: Do not blow horn or play music as this may disturb the creatures.
