Once you have energised your body with delicious breakfast, you head out to take the Timber Trail Ropeway Ride. The ropeway ride is perhaps the main attraction of Kasauli. Spanning over a distance of about 1.8 km., this journey takes a rather panoramic route through the mountains. Whizzing past the sinuous mountain roads is a thrilling experience and the surrounding hills only adds to the rush. The ropeway provides an arresting bird's eye view of the complete town of Kasauli and must not be missed at all.

Later if time permits, you can head and shop at the very famous Kasauli Tibetan Market. Pick up small handicrafts, hand woven shawls, woollens, stoles and scarves from these markets. Kasauli is also famous for its massive assortment of reasonably priced and locally produced fruit wines.

Later head back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and head to Parwanoo. It is 23 km. away from Kasauli and takes an hour to reach. Set in Salon district, Parwanoo nestles in the Himalayan hills and provides a striking view to the tourists. A happy place for shopaholics is this little town as it has Himachal's biggest wholesale market.

You can visit Pinjore which is the famous Mughal style garden and spend quality time with your loved ones here. Next place of interest is the Dagshai. Once a British cantonment, it is a small town that is surrounded by pine trees. You can also visit the old church here.

If you are fascinated by past and history, visit to Gorkha Fort is a must. The fort exhibits strength even through its ruins. Visit the Gurkha Museum that is set nearby and witness the past with exhibits that date back to the 1800’s.
