Kalpa Sangla Chitkul Package from Delhi Mumbai Kolkata - Itinerary (1 Night Narkanda | 3 Night Sangla | 2 Night Shoja)

Day 1: Delhi - Chandigarh-Shimla (Approx 380 kms/9-10 hours)

Meals: Dinner
On arrival in New Delhi, drive to Shimla and check-in to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure and stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 2: Shimla-Sangla (165 kms/5-6 hours)

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

After a leisurely breakfast, drive to Sangla. On reaching Sangla in the evening, stay overnight at a luxury camping site. Go for long walks in the amazing fauna and flora, or go trekking to view snow capped Himalayan peaks, while also experiencing some of the local culture and traditions that the place has to offer.

Day 3: Sangla-Rakcham (20 kms)

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

You will go for a fascinating walk through a wide variety of flora. Start as early as possible with a light breakfast and carry juice and sandwiches for the mid-break point. Return to the camp by afternoon for a hot shower and lunch. On this walk, one gets to see most of the tree and plant variety the valley has to offer. The more adventurous ones have the option of carrying a packed lunch and hike down all the way back to the camp (6 kms)

Day 4: Sangla (A day visit to Chitkul)

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

There is not a better conception of a day picnic than a short drive to Chitkul, walk to Nagasthi and opening the lunch hamper under the pine trees next to a rivulet. Return to the camp by late afternoon to relax.

Day 5: Sangla–Shojha (189 kms/7 hours)

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
After an early breakfast, drive to Shojha. Check-in to the beautiful cottage. Enjoy a bonfire in the evening.

Day 6: Shojha (10 kms drive/4 kms hike)

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Hike to Raghupur Fort after breakfast. Walk back to Jalori Pass. Have lunch next to a waterfall. Spend the evening at leisure.

Day 7: Shojha–Chandigarh (280 kms/8-9 hours)

Meals: Breakfast+Dinner

Day 01 : chandigarh  – Shimla(120kms/ 4hrs)
Arrival in Shimla, Pick up from Shimla Railway Station drive to hotel & check into hotel. Shimla is the capital of Himachal Pradesh & former summer capital of British Raj known as queen of hills, which offer some of the most beautiful view of Himalayas. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town - The Mall & The Ridge. Overnight at hotel.
 
Day 02  : Shimla – Kufri - Narkanda – Sainj – Rampur – Jeori – Sarahan. (180Kms/ 7-8hrs)
After breakfast drive from Shimla enroute visit Kufri, Narkanda, Sainj (Sun Temple), Rampur, drive through Jeori reach Sarahan. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03  : Sarahan – Jeori – Wangtu – Karcham – Sangla (120Kms/ 4-5hrs)
Early morning visit the Bird Park walk for 2 hours, visit the Bhima Kali temple one of the most important temples of Kali in India where there use to be human sacrifice before 18th Century, drive to Jeori past the Wangtu bridge then drive towards, Karcham reach Sangla walk the market place if time allows  the Temple of the village deity in Sangla village. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Sangla – Chitkul – Raksham/ Sangla. (46 Km/ 2-3hrs) 
After breakfast drive to Chitkul (3460 Meters) last village on India & Chinese border walk for half a day around Chitkul Village, return back toSangla or an option of sleeping in Camps in Batseri is also available depending on availability or stay overnight in guest house / Hotel.

Day 05 : Sangla – Kalpa(70kms/ 3-4hrs)
After breakfast visit the Kamru Fort after than drive back through Sangla to powari visit the monastery in Reckong – Peo with a 60 ft tall statue of Buddha drive to Kalpafor a overnight stay at hotel in Kalpa.

Day 06 : Full day excursion of Heritage village Kalpa & Roggi.
After breakfast visit to heritage village Kalpa, stroll at the monastery & the orphanage in Kalpa. The view of Kinner Kailash 6050 meters will be an enchanting site. After that visit to Roggi Villlage, stroll in the village & return back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07 : Kalpa – Shimla(250kms/ 10hrs)
After breakfast drive towards Shimla. On arrival Shimla check out into hotel & overnight at hotel.

Day 08 : Shimla (Local Sightseeing)– chandigarh (120kms/ 4 hrs)
After breakfast check out from hotel visit to city tour visiting Jakhu Temple after than drive towards Chandigarh Railway Station/ Airport at drop.
