Legoland: Overview
Legoland, the seventh park based on the block-building toy range, is the first one built in the Middle East. A mere 60-million plastic Lego bricks were used to build this family theme park, which is made up of six areas including Lego City and the Middle East-themed Miniland. Ideal for families with children aged two to 12, there are more than 40 rides and 15,000 Lego models, with many attractions requiring kids to use teamwork and apply their skills to steer a boat or drive a car. The park, the seventh globally and the first in the Middle East, is aimed at families with children aged from 2-12, and the focus here is on getting the parents to interact with their children as they play in the park. There are no baby-sitting services here, folks — not that Boerst, a father of two, expects anyone to need one. Dubai: Legoland officially opened in Dubai on Monday, welcoming thrill-seekers and fans of the cult Danish brick-based toy.

Signature ride: The Dragon rollercoaster is set to more leisurely speeds of 60km per hour, weaving through the Legoland Castle and onto an outdoor track.

Legoland waterpark Dubai:
Legoland Dubai's wet off-shoot is home to more than 20 child-friendly waterslides and attractions including a wave pool, giant water-dumping buckets, a DUPLO splash safari area for toddlers and a lazy river where you build your own Lego raft.

Red Rush: The whole family can ride together in a family-sized raft down a long curving track then into 3.5 metre half pipe.
Splash Out: speed down the 60 foot drop of this open body slide and ‘splash out’ into the water below.
Twin Chasers : Race each other on these double body slides shooting you into a wading area below. who will reach the bottom first.
Wave Rider: Zoom your way down in this open body slide straight into the water below.
Miniland: A visit to MINILAND is an absolute must for every family, with 20 million LEGO® bricks all in this indoor, air-conditioned interactive area. LEGOLAND® Dubai will feature Dubai's iconic skyline and key landmarks from around the Middle East. And guests will have the opportunity to create their own skyline at Build A City, a 10 metre play table with white LEGO bricks.

LEGOLAND Hotel at LEGOLAND Florida opened to much fanfare earlier this month. With a colourful Lego brick façade, Lego-themed rooms stocked with Lego models, a disco elevator, and a swimming pool complete with Lego-themed floats – it’s safe to say we could expect the same from a Dubai counterpart.

When Will Dubai Theme Park Open
LEGOLAND Dubai will be open daily from 10:00 -18:00, with longer opening hours during weekends and holidays. LEGOLAND Water Park will be open 365 days per year. Both the Park and Water Park are ideal for families with kids aged 2 – 12 years old.

Set in the Rustic Ravine Zone, this 3D interactive dark ride arms you with laser guns to shoot the dacoits who are led by the terrifying villain Gabbar Singh from the hit movie Sholay. You have to compete with your friends to score the most hits. Hang around and treat yourself to some mangoes as your compete with your gang to see who has the best aim in hitting the fruits off the trees.
Dabang: Stunt Spectacular Show
Unbelievable action. The best one-liners. Bollywood songs and dance. Join police officer Chulbul Pandey as he rescues his damsel Rajo and her friends in an explosive spectacle to remember. Set in an abandoned warehouse the bad guys are out to take revenge on Chulbul Pandey and kill him when he gets there. Can Chulbul Pandey, fight his way through explosions and bullets to save his love and live to tell the tale.
Mughal-E-Azam:
A fine dining restaurant that takes you back to the era of the Mughal Kings. With interiors set to impress and a cuisine that pays homage to the splendor of ancient kings, this venue is fit for Royalty. Mughal-e-Azam (The Emperor of the Mughals) is a 1960 Indian film that follows the love affair between Mughal Prince Salim (who went on to become Emperor Jahangir) and Anarkali, a court dancer.
Rajmahal Theatre:
Rajmahal Theatre, the opulent theatre at Bollywood™ Parks Dubai, the largest integrated theme park destination in the region has a capacity of 856 seats. This landmark set in the heart and soul of Bollywood Parks™ Dubai has all the grandeur and poise of ancient Indian cinema with new-age technology. The design draws inspiration from the royal palaces of India and creates a lavish backdrop for live shows.
