About Gurudwara Gurpalah Sahib

Gurudwara Gurplaha Sahib, is situated in the Bathu Village in Una Distt. It was visited by Guru Gobind Singh ji. Guru Gobind Singh ji & the 9th Descendent of Guru Nanak Dev, Baba Kaladhari, had deep respect/love for each other, Due to which Guru Gobind Singh called Baba Kaladhari to Una Sahib, from Dera Baba Nanak. They use to interact with each other and with passage of time they both get affectionately attached with each other. While Guru Gobind Singh was in Anandpur Sahib, Baba Kaladhari use to start toward Anandpur Sahib, from Una, to meet Guru Sahiband Guru Sahibalso left his place to meet Baba kaladhari. The Place, where they both met in, is a sacred place called Gurplaha.

Legacy of Gurudwara Gurplaha Sahib

There was a dense forest and in which there was a one tree called Palaha tree, which was their meeting point. Under which they both used to have Political & Religious discourse. They also use to go on expedition(Hunting) & sometimes they use to play Chopat (The Ancient form of Ludo). Guru Gobind Singh ji blessed Baba kaladhari that he will be blessed with tejasavi (Energetic, Brilliant, Bright, Extraordinary) grandson which will accomplish Guru Sahib's tasks in future . It is mentioned in golden history that Baba Sahib Singh(the grandson of Baba kaladhari) struggled for the, tomb of khalsa Empire, whose stone was laid by Guru Gobind Singh ji. He contributed in establishing khalsa empire & in 1801 on the day of visakhi he baptised Maharaja Ranjit Singh and made him the emporer of Khalsa Empire.

Gurudwara Patshahi Dasvin - Sangrauli

Gurudwara Patshahi Dasvin Sangrauli is situated in the Sangrauli Village in Una Distt. Its Situated on the Una Panjawar Road. Guru Gobind Singh ji came here while on hunting excursion started from Saluri.

Gurudwara Sri Patshahi Dasvin - Saluri

Gurudwara Sri Patshahi Dasvin Saluri is situated in the Saluri Village in Una district. It is situated on the Una -Ambala road. Guru Gobind Singh ji stayed here on the way to Nadaun. Gurudwara Sahib is situated on the bank of river Suan.
