This building was built by Lala Buta Mal, who was a scion of the popular Chaujjar Sood clan. This place comprises six identical apartments which he built for his six sons. These apartments lie around a sunken courtyard. During peak summers, the courtyard of this building is flooded with water brought from Butails  to provide cooling to the place.

The Masroor Rock Cut Temple: Masroor Rock Cut Temple is known as Himalayan Pyramid and is a complex of temples which is located in Masroor Kangra Valley. It is now known as 'Thakurwada', meaning "Vaishnavite temples". It is a complex of monolithic rock cut temples, in shikhara (raising tower) style of classical Indian architectural style.

The Taal: The Taal is a small pond of water that dates back before 1868 and is situated in the heart of the Pragpur village. The pond is surrounded by several heritage structures that provide an amazing backdrop for the followers of abstract photography. Judge's Court: Pragpur is home to a country manor, designed in Indo-European tradition called the Judge’s Court. This structure was constructed in 1918 out of the vision of Justice Sir Jai Lal. It is spread in an area of 12 acres and is presently being run as a heritage hotel. It also comprises vegetation of mango, lychee, plum, and citrus along with exotic trees of camphor, clove, and cardamom. This country manor also uses milk from a dairy owned by it, situated in its premises. Its water supply is brought exclusively from an ancestral mountain spring. The place also preserves the green produced from the orchards.

Naddi view point: Situated At 2,000 meters above the sea level and about 1.5 kilometers from Dal Lake a modern picnic spot is developing fast at Naddi.
