Start the tour from Delhi Airport Railway Station and proceed to Chandigarh, It is arround 252 km and take 4-5 hours to arrive Chandigarh. We will break journey at Karnal for luunch. After breakfast visit local sightseeing of Dalhousie like Panchpula, Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary, Chamera Lake.In between your visit have lunch at Hotel Megha View and some rest there. After that came back to hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

Panchpula: Panchpula is located at a distance of around 3 km from Dalhousie. One of the famous picturesque spots in the region, the word Panchpula means five bridges. It is the place where a descending stream pours into and feeds several pools. The main stream that supplies water to cities of Dalhousie and Balloon is the Panchpula stream. The stream originates from the northern side of Dayakund, which then cuts through a ravine to fall into the water bodies located in Panchpula. A monument or a samadhi has been built where several streams meet at Panchpula in the memory of Sardar Ajit Singh, who was a great revolutionary.

Kalatop Wildlife sanctuary: Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary, located in the district of Chamba, is one of the most popular as well as most frequented sanctuaries in state of Himachal Pradesh. Popularly known as the Kalatop Khajjiar Sanctuary, the entire forest is covered with the thick foliage of deodar trees. In addition the sanctuary is also home to several animals and birds. Sprawling over an area of 1962 hectares, the sanctuary is located at a distance of 6 km from Dalhousie. The vegetation is in this sanctuary mainly comprises blue pine, fir and deodar trees.  Home to several species of animals and birds that reside within the forests make it one of the most popular tourist attractions of the entire State.

After breakfast visit Khajjair ( Mini Switzerland) spend some time there and then proceed to Manimahesh Trek via Hadsar. From Hadsar, we gradually ascend to Dancho. It will take around three hrs to walk these 7 kms. Manimahesh Lake is located only 10 kms from Dancho. It is also called Chamba Kailash. The lake is on the base of Manimahesh Peak (5486 mts/17995 ft).The lake is famous for Manimahesh Yatra (pilgrimage).The pilgrimage starts in Bharmour. Bharmour has beautiful ancient temples. Dinner & overnight stay in tent.

Khajjiar: Khajjiar is one of the famous retreats among the visitors. Khajjiar is famous for the popular Khajji Naga shrine dedicated to the serpent god from which the name is believed to have been derived. You can also enjoy trekking and adventurous activities at khajjiar. It is also Known as Mini Switzerland.

In the morning after breakfast, trek to Manimahesh lake. Today we will climb from Dancho to Manimahesh Lake. This is long and gradual climb. 
The beutiful Manimahesh lake is located at the base of Mount Kailash or Chamba Kailash ( 5775 m ). The Chamba Kailash is a epicenter of religion of the area & is know to be Holy a "Abode of Lord Shiva " . The area is alos well known fo its Gaddi tribes & temples as old as 1300 years . Bharmour has been the capital of the area for more than 400 years. After having Darshans of Manimahesh peak and Ritual bath at the lake and performing pooja, we start the trek back to Dancho. Dinner and overnight stay in Dhancho camp.

Day 05: Food

Breakfast & Dinner: Served at Camp

In the morning after breakfast trek down from Dancho back to Hadsar and have darshans of the sacred 84 temples, After darshans proceed to Chamba - the pictorius beautiful town in Himachal. On arrival check in to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Chamba hotel.

Minjair festival - Visit The World Famous Festival

Minjair Festival in Chamba is a week-long festival ( World Famous) & celebrated in the month of July or August every year. It is celebrated in the month of Shravan according to Hindu calendar. & takes place in the Chaugan area which is converted into market place during the festival. The Minjar  festival attracts visitors and participants from all across the country. The cenral attraction of the Minjar Fair is the colourful processions of various deities. People dress up in silk tassel,  The procession starts at Akhand Chandi Palace and terminates at the Police Lines Nalhora.

LAXMI NARAYAN TEMPLE COMPLEX : With six main Shikhara style temples and several smaller shrines, this is renowned for its finely executed classical forms.

HARI RAI TEMPLE : This is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and dates back to the 11th Century.

THE CHOWGAN : Chamba's wide concourse is the hub of much of towns activity and also serves as its promenade.

RANGMAHAL : This old palace is an interesting mix of colonial and local architectural styles.

AKHAND CHANDI PALACE : Now a college, this imposing building once housed Chamba's ruling family. Much of the original craftsmanship can still be seen.

BHURI SINGH MUSEUM : Named after Raja Bhuri Singh of Chamba, this is a treasure house of Chamba's rich past. The exhibits include copper plates, murals, doorways, costumes, paintings and stone carvings.

ST. ANDREW'S CHURCH : Over a century old, this is a charming dressed stone structure with lancet windows.

After Breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Chandigarh. It is arround 353 km and take 7-8 hours to arrive Chandigarh. The journey is too long so we will break journey at Hoshiarpur. Have lunch and some rest at Hotel Shiraj Regency, proceed to Chandigarh. After arrival check into hotel and overnight stay at Chandigarh.

After breakfast you will visit for church tour of Dalhousie which are St. Andrew's Church and St. Patrick's Church at Balun, St. Francis church at Subhash Chowk and St.John's Church at Gandhi Chowk. After lunch at nearest good restaurant you will visit for Subash Boli, Panchpula, Kalatop and in the evening you can go for shopping. Overnight stay in Dalhousie

PANCHPULA (3 km) : This is a picturesque spot where a stream feed a series of 5 pools. A monument has been built here in memory of the freedom fighter, Sardar Ajit Singh.

KALATOP (10 km) : This wild life sanctuary is a home to the 'ghoral' and Himalayan black bear.It has famous Forest rest house located at 2440 meters, making an ideal spot for retreat and observe variaty of wild life.

Night Stay in Dalhousie

In the morning, after breakfast, Check out and  drive up to khalijar, stay  an hour at Khajiar & enjoy the lovely Meadow site & lake. This place is known as switzerland of India. have a photography session here.

Khajjair: Khajjiar is actually a exquisite glade and picturesque spot with emarald saucer shaped meadow amidst forest and with a lake and floating island at centre.
