Goa Family Holiday Package: Itinerary

Day 01: Arrived at Dabolin airport or Margao railway station

Arrived at Dabolin airport or Margao railway station you will transfer to hotel. After freshen up and some rest  you will visit to enjoy with your family at Calangute beach. Calangute beach is also known as” Queen of Beaches” which is mostly famous for its water activities and it is prefer by all the tourist. After visiting on Calangute beach have a fun with your children and in the evening you can go to have a sea food in around in Calangute beach, back to hotel for Overnight stay.

Calangute Beach:  Calangute Beach Also called the ‘Queen of beaches’, Calangute is the largest beach in north Goa. Calangute along with Candolim, Baga and Anjuna form part of the beach stretch extending from just outside Panaji city to Fort Aguada Calangute is Goa’s busiest and most commercialized beach town Its sand shelves steeply and could be risky for children. Calangute is more of a family destination. Nightlife in Calangute is tame, as night clubs and bars shut down at 10 pm. The beach is popular among tourists due to the availability of restaurants, clubs and shopping activities.

Day 02: North Goa Beaches tour

After breakfast you will visit some famous beaches of North Goa which includes  Baga Beach, Anjuna Beach and after that having lunch in the nearest restaurant and later you will visit to Candolim beach, most of the tourists in Goa prefer going to the Candolim beach owing to its serene and tranquil environment. Later you can go for Dolphin tour, Dolphin lovers will enjoy a dolphin tour. Head out in the boat in search for a glimpse of these beautiful creatures. Children will be thrilled watching them swim nearby! After this tour back to hotel and enjoy the delicious dinner with your family. 

 

Baga Beach. Baga beach is for sure the most happening beach in Goa it is Located in the northern side of Goa, Baga Beach stands amidst green hills and majestic Arabian Sea forming an eye-catching landscape.  The coastline of the beach lies between that of Calangute Beach and Anjuna Beach. It offers a beautiful view of the amalgamation of a small river into the Arabian Sea. Catching fishes and spotting dolphins make up for an interesting pastime at the beach. The liveliness of the beach is much popular among the domestic as well as the foreign tourists. It is known for its water-sporting activities. Water sports like Gliding, Para-sailing, Water surfing, etc. are the prominent attractions of this place.

Anjuna Beach:   The beach is famous for its stunning natural beauty with swaying palms trees and soft powered white sands. The beach is marked by an unusual rocky formation overlying a cove of white sand and black rock that juts out into the Sea. This area was known as the Jewel of Anjuna and called "Ozran". Anjuna beach is a favorite haunt of the hippies who used to organize the famous rave beach parties.  Anjuna Beach is also an ideal place for full-moon parties held especially during Christmas and New Year. Tourists love enjoying the blissful atmosphere of the luminous full-moon casting a spell and the soft foamy waves kissing their feet.

Candolim beach: Candolim lies 15 kilometres from Panjim, the Goan capital, in northern Goa. Beginning at Fort Aguada and merging with Calangute Beach towards the end, it is one of the longest beaches in the state. The beach in itself is very calm and peaceful

Day 03: Enjoy South Goa Tour

After breakfast you will visit for south Goa tour which has  very popular holiday spot in Goa for people from around the world. The place is revered for its spectacular beaches, scenic beauty, expensive food and experienced culture. You will visit to some famous siteseeings which include Dona Paula, Old Goa church and Sahakari Spice Farm. After reach Tropical spice farm, you will have lunch and visit with the tour guide and get knowledge about spice plantation. Then visit Miramar Beach after that in the evening you may visit for 1 hour cruise ride on the Mandovi river.

Dona Paula: Dona Paula is a famous tourist destination and former village in the suburbs of Panaji, Goa. Initially called Oddavell, the villagers decided to rename the village as Dona Paula after Paula Amaral Antonio de Souto Maior, a historical figure in Portuguese India. She was the daughter of the Portuguese Viceroy of Jaffnapatnam, in Sri Lanka. She and her family arrived in Goa in 1644 and she married a Fidalgo from Spain in 1656. Dona Paula was a woman of charity and is known to have helped the villagers and worked a lot for their betterment

Basilica de Bom Jesus: Famous for being the first Minor Basilica in India, the Basilica of Bom Jesus is located 10 km east of Panaji, in Old Goa (Velha Goa). It is perhaps Goa’s most famous church and among the most revered by Christians worldwide. Dedicated to Infant Jesus, the church has been declared a World Heritage Monument. Bom Jesus literally means ‘Infant Jesus’ or ‘Good Jesus.’
