Best time to travel Austria
Austria can be visited through our the year, though for skiing and hiking, the best time to visit would be mid-December to March. Package Itinerary
Day 01 : VIENNA
Arrive Vienna International Airport, meet our local representative at airport who will assist to check in at your hotel. In the evening Vienna tour by night.
This excursion gives you the possibility to get to know Vienna better. After a short city tour, in which we show you the Ring avenue with all its famous historical buildings and monuments, we take you to the well known Danube Tower. From its terrace, 150 m above the roofs of Vienna, you can admire the marvellous panorama of our city. This evening will end in one of the traditional wine taverns of Grinzing, where you can enjoy our music and the typical Viennese ambiance. Back to hotel and Overnight stay.
Day 02 : VIENNA ( Danube Valley)
After breakfast depart for Full day tour of Danube Valley
This Full day tour is to one of the most beautiful parts of the Danube Valley - the Wachau. The old castles tell us about the former importance of this trade and traffic route - one of those castles is Castle Dürnstein, where King Richard the Lionheart was imprisoned and was rescued by his faithful Minstrel Blondel. The highlight of this excursion is the visit of the Benedictine Abbey Melk with its famous library. At the abbey you will have the possibility to go for lunch. During summer season (April 13th and October 27th) a boat cruise on the Danube will be included in the tour - in case the cruise will not take place we will invite you for lunch.
Back to Hotel in the evening and Overnight Stay.
Day 03 : VIENNA ( Vienna Woods)
After breakfast Depart for Half day tour of Vienna Woods
Experience many interesting sights of the southern part of Vienna Woods during this half day tour. You will drive from Vienna via the Roman city Baden to the romantic Helental, where the Mayerling hunting castle is located. Here the lives of Crowne Prince Rudolph and Baronesse Vetsera found an unhappy ending. Another highlight of this sightseeing tour is the visit of the Cistercian Abbey of Heiligenkreuz which houses the remains of the last Babenberger. Then we pass Höldrichsmühle in direction of the Seegrotte, which you will view during a boat trip. Afterwards we return to Vienna
Back to Vienna.
Time for shopping. Vienna is very famous for easter Egg.
In the night depart for The Vienna Mozart Orchestra plays concerts in Vienna with internationally renowned singers and soloists - all in magnificent historical costumes and wigs that creates a special atmosphere in Vienna's largest and most famous Concert halls, like State Opera, Musikverein Golden Hall and Konzerthaus. Principally, the choice of works gives an impression of an authentic concert of the baroque era. In the style of "musical academies", as in Vienna concerts were known in Mozart's time, the audience enjoy single movements from symphonies and solo concertos, as well as operatic overtures, arias and duets from especially popular and well-known works.
The Vienna Mozart Concerts even fulfill the wishes of the Strauss lovers by performing the most impressing pieces by the Strauss Dynasty, such as "The Blue Danube Waltz" and the "Radetzky March". You too are sure to enjoy the Vienna MOZART Orchestra and "the best of Mozart and Strauss" .

Day 04 : VIENNA – INNSBRUCK(Swarovski)
After breakfast our vehicle will drop you to train station for your journey to Innsbruck ( around 4 ½ hrs ). Our local representative will assist you to check in at your hotel in Innsbruck.After noon depart for tour of Swarovski . The Swarovski Kristallwelten is situated in Wattens. This unescorted tour will take you to explore the fantastic and sparkling world of Swarovski, situated in Wattens. The water spouting Giant (a remarkable huge face sculptured on top of a rock) will amaze you with his sparkling eyes! Inside the Giant, a whole crystal world awaits you: the Chambers of Wonders containing the Planet of Crystals, the Crystal Dome, the Crystal Theatre, the Ice passage and the Floating Poem. They all witness the level of artistic perfection reached by Swarovski and their images will be etched on your mind.

Day 05 : INNSBRUCK ( Cable Car)
After breakfast Later Depart for Nordkette. Take bus to reach the Cable car Station. Reach top of mountain to see the excellent view of this beautiful city.
Something about Innsbrucker Nordkettenbahnen - Cable RailwaysIn no other place in the world is the dividing line between an urban area and rugged mountain terrain so thin. The new Nordkettenbahnen will now transport visitors directly from the city center of Innsbruck to high mountain terrain in just twenty minutes.
The journey begins at 560 m above sea level not far from the heart of Innsbruck's old town with its historical buildings and the world-renowned "Goldenes Dachl" (Golden Roof). Planned and designed by star architect Zaha Hadid, the cable car Hungerburg funicular with its unique stations sets new standards in international architecture. As the journey with the Panorama cable car continues along Seegrube and Hafelekar the picture changes: Visitors attention will be drawn to the carefully renovated station originally designed by the Tyrol architect Franz Baumann.
As visitors continue their ascent, the bustle of the town is replaced with the peace and beauty
of the natural surroundings. Finally, all that remains is a spectacular view of Innsbruck that hints at the lively bustle of the city by day and shimmers like a sea of lights by night. On reaching the upper station at 2256 m above sea level, visitors can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city of Innsbruck on the one side and the unforgettable vista of untouched, pristine nature on the other. A visit to the Nordkette, set between the mountain range and the town, promises to be an unforgettable experience. Visitors will enjoy a unique combination of relaxation, the wonder of nature, and modern architecture.
Take of the best tram from top of the mountain , arrive half bottom of mountain to enjoy Alpine Zoo. Take this train again and back to Innsbruck station.
Evening Guided walking tour of Innsbruck .
An opportunity for those who have little time to follow the main events in Innsbrucks history and see as many highlights as possible. By taking this walking tour you will get a first impression about history, art and the citys main attractions, such as the old town, the Golden Roof, St.Jacobs Cathedral, Hofburg Palace and Hofkirche.
Day 06 : INNSBRUCK TO ZELL AM SEE
After breakfast depart to station to board your train for Zell Am See. Arrive Zell am see and check in at hotel. Zell am See , The German name ‘Zell Am Zee’ means Zell by the lake. It is a most picturesque alphine town set by a crystal clear mountain lake surrounded by mighty mountain and Gently rolling hills. Hotels here are famous for Spa’s.

Day 07 : ZELL AM SEE
After breakfast visit Kaprun on your own. Back to Hotel and overnight stay.
Day 08 : ZELL AM SEE – SALZBURG
After breakfast depart for station for your train to Salzburg ( around 1 ½ hrs ). On arrival our local representative will assist you with transfer to reach your hotel.
Afternoon take bus to reach Salzburg Zoo at Hellbrunn.
The unique zoo territory at the foot of the Hellbrunner Mountain with the steep rocky Cliffside on one side and the hilly floodplain landscape on the other is home to around 800 animals.
Later depart by bus to Untersbergbahn Cable car.Take bus and reach hotel for overnight stay.
Day 09 : SALZBURG
Breakfast at hotel , later Walking tour of Salzburg ( around 2 hrs )
Discover the beauty of Mozart´s birth place, join us on a walk with our experienced guide through throw the UNESCO city of Salzburg and be enchanted by its flair.
Certainly you will pass by sightseeing highlights like Mozart's Birth House, Mozart's Residence, Getreidegasse, the Cathedral, Residenz Palace, or Mirabell Palace with it´s splendid gardens.
Please note that entrance fees to the sights are not included in this program - but you can buy the 24hr
Salzburg Card which gives you free entrance to all museums and sights of the city.
Afternoon Depart for tour of Ice Caves ( Between 01 May to 26 October Only )
The Ice Caves in Werfen are the largest explored ice caves of the world, they are a subterranean glacier which is in constant formation and you can walk around and gaze at this wonder. Be enchanted by the ice sculptures and hear many interesting facts from your guide.
After arriving at the parking lot at the foot of the mountain, there will be a 20 minutes walk to the cable car and another 30minutes walk to reach the entrance of the caves - but certainly it is a beautiful walk and you can learn about the fauna and flora of the alpine region.
Attention: Visitors in the Ice Caves need walking shoes, warm clothes and must be prepared for uphill walking! In addition, there are 1400 steps in the caves, that must be mastered.
As an alternative to the Ice Caves, you can visit the Fortress of Hohenwerfen. This fortress is still well preserved and offers daily guided tours through the state rooms, as well as a historic falconry show.

Day 10 : SALZBURG
After breakfast depart for full day tour of Famous ‘Sound of Music ‘ and Salt Mine Tour.
Salzburg was the setting for the unforgettable movie, ‘The Sound of Music’. Relive the true story of the Von Trapp family which was filmed as the Sound of Music in the Salzburg area. The tour, which has been Salzburgs most popular for over 20 years, is a combination of sightseeing in this historical city itself and in the beautiful lakes and mountains area known as the Salzkammergut. The locations of the Sound of Music, such as the beautiful gardens in Hellbrunn (where Liesl and Rolf sang I am 16 going on 17) and the wedding church in Mondsee are a treat for all fans of the film. Mirabell Gardens
You will certainly have heard about Mirabell Gardens where the song "Do-Re-Mi" was filmed. After or before joining the tour, we warmly recommend to see the gardens for yourself and explore the Pegasus Fountain as well as the Do-Re-Mi steps.
Leopoldskron Palace
You will have a photo stop at the lake where the famous boating scene was filmed. You will see the Captain´s backyard and private palace gardens.
Hellbrunn Palace, Gazebo
Visit the gardens of Hellbrunn Palace and find the gazebo which was rebuilt especially for the fans of the movie - you certainly will remember the "16 going on 17" scene and the kissing scene of Maria and Baron von Trapp.
Nonnberg Abbey
You will have a photo stop to get a view at Nonnberg Abbey which is still an active convent today. This is where "real" Maria was a novice and where she and Baron von Trapp got married in real life. The Abbey does not allow visits within its walls, but you are invited to walk up to the front gate and to their Gothic church for a visit or for church services.
Salzburg Lake District
After your film-location tour within the town of Salzburg, you will drive out into the lake district, passing Lake Fuschl and Lake Wolfgang, where panorama shots and scenes of the picnic were filmed. Enjoy the wonderful view down on to St. Gilgen and Lake Wolfgang!
Mondsee
In Mondsee you have the chance to see the famous church, where the wedding of Maria and Baron von Trapp was filmed in the movie The Sound of Music. Afterwards you will have a little break to explore this little town by yourself.
Later depart for Saltmine.
Drive along the Kings Lake-Ache to Obersalzberg where the second headquarterts of Third Reich used to be. Afterwards the drive goes to the highlight of this tour - to the 490 year old salt mines at Berchtesgaden. Slip into traditional miners´clothes, you will be taken by train into the mountain. Experience the fascinating and interesting world of salt-miners life underground. Discover the charm of the subterranean landscape and enjoy the slide down the salt lake, which you will be crossing by boat. After this 2-hour tour you will have the possibility of exploring the little town of Berchtesgaden and taste some Bavarian specialities. Back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 11 : SALZBURG
After breakfast day free for shopping , Do not forgot to shop famous Mozar Chocolate for your family and friends . Later depart for airport to board your flight back to Home City .
