 The staff at the Lotus are very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.The hotel is excellent value for money and the rooms are very spacious and very well presented and always of a high standard of cleanliness.

This hotel has wonderful facilities and is very central, near to the main sites in Dubai but, above all, I was impressed by his staff politeness and efficiency. Not only in the day-by-day services, The staff has always shown a polite availability to any information or aid necessary. Hotel serve good food and cost is also reasonable.
