Burj Khalifa Architect

The architecture features a triple-lobed footprint, an abstraction of the Hymenocallis flower. The tower is composed of three elements arranged around a central core. The modular, Y-shaped structure, with setbacks along each of its three wings provides an inherently stable configuration for the structure and provides good floor plates for residential. Twenty-six helical levels decrease the cross section of the tower incrementally as it spirals skyward.

The shape of the structure is designed to mimic the sail of a ship. It has a helipad near the roof at a height of 210 m (689 ft) above ground.

The Burj Park is a great leisure attraction in Downtown Burj Dubai, and an excellent place to catch a glimpse of the popular Dubai Fountains. The park is a great leisure attraction in Downtown Burj Dubai, the mega project developed by Emaar. There are few restaurants and cafes nearby the park, although there are more restaurants and cafes at Emaar Boulevard. A unique aspect of Burj Dubai Park is that it permits free entry, is open 24 hours and does not have fencing. There is underground car parking nearby off Emaar Boulevard, but, it is more of a small grass covered area, than a proper park.
