Yoga & Meditation in Rishikesh Itinerary

Day 01

Arrival at Delhi

On your arrival in Delhi, meet our Holiday Travel representative who helps you with an assisted transfer to your pre-booked hotel. The rest of the day is free for your leisure activities- interact with the locals, gorge on street food, shop at the local market, explore the surroundings on foot. Stay overnight.

Day 02

Delhi

After breakfast we will take you for a city tour of New Delhi and Old Delhi that includes India gate, Parliament House, Humayun's Tomb, Qutab Minar, Jama Masjid, Red fort, Akshardham temple etc. In the afternoon you will again visit the Yoga center to attend a special Yoga class. Overnight stay will be at hotel.

Day 03

Delhi- Haridwar- Rishikesh

On the third day of your Yoga tour in India, you will be taken to Rishikesh, a well-known Yoga center in India. Early morning, our representative will transfer you to the railway station to catch Shatabadi Express to Haridwar. Upon arrival at Haridwar, you will transfer to hotel. Haridwar is one of the most venerated holy cities for the followers of the Hindu faith. In the afternoon we will go for a city tour that will include a visit to Ashrams, some of which are internationally recognized as center of philosophical studies, Yoga and meditation.

Day 04 - Day 09

Rishikesh

On the fourth day of your Yoga tour, we will transfer you to the Yoga and meditation center at Rishikesh for a thorough Yoga training on the bank of the holy river Ganges. With tranquil nature and serene surroundings, Rishikesh provides a great venue for Yoga and meditation training. For the next 5 days, you will follow the below mentioned regime at the Yoga center, Rishikesh.

Day 10

It follows a full day sightseeing tour of Haridwar including the magnificent Aarti at the Ghats of River Ganges in the Evening. Overnight stay will be at Haridwar.

Day 11

Haridwar - Delhi
After a great Yoga vacation in India, it is time to say good-bye with sweet and spiritual memories of India. Breakfast at the hotel follows transfer to the railway station to board the Shatabdi Express train to Delhi. On reaching Delhi our representative will transfer you to airport for onwards destination.
