01. Mandvi Kutch Mandvi is an important beach famous among travelers for peace and solitude. Mandvi has beautiful white sand, serene locales and enchanting sunset views. Dist. from Tent City is approx. 140 kms one way, which takes approx. 2.5 hr.

02. Indo-Pak Border Get the feel of how our BSF Jawans guard the border. Dist. From tent city is apprx. 160 kms. With a travel rime around 3 hrs.

Kutch Standard Tour package Itinarary - 9N/10D Standard Kutch Gujarat Tour

Day 1 – Ahmedabad - Kutch

Our representatives will pick you up from Airport/Station and will transfer you to the pickup point. From here we will proceed for Kutch by car or luxury Volvo bus where upon reaching you’ll check in to hotel for overnight stay and dinner.

Day 2 – Kutch – Little Rann of Kutch

Today we will proceed To Little Rann Of Kutch where you’ll enjoy Desert Safari. You can see wild animals like Wild-Ass, Desert Fox, Blue Bull, Blackbuck, Wolf, Jackal, snakes and many different birds. We will return to hotel for overnight and dinner.

Day 3 –Kutch – Bhuj

Today we will check out from Kutch and drive to Bhuj. On arrival you’ll be checking in the hotel/resort. The day will be free for local sightseeing photography and shopping.

This place is famous for its handicrafts works that is made at many artesian villages in this area. The enamel work done on gold and silver jewelry, seashell toys, lacquered wood and metal bells is very popular here. You can buy variety of embroidered clothes and different art works. The local sweets such as Khavada is very popular here.

Day 4 –Bhuj Sightseeing

We will leave for Bhuj sightseeing after breakfast. There are many places to visit in Bhuj such as

• Shree Swaminarayan Temple: A magnificent architectural masterpiece built from marble that is simply breathtaking.
• Pragmahal Palace.:Built in Gothic style this palace belonged to the rulers of Kutchh region. AainaMahal is located in the compounds of this palace. Here you can visit the handicraft museum that has various arts and crafts from different parts of Kutch on display.
• Hamirsar Lake: This is a beautiful lake located in the heart of the city.
• Bhujiyo Hill: This fort was made by the rulers of Kutchh region made to protect the city. This place is a heaven for photography lovers and it offers panoramic view of the city.
• Chhatardi: This place has the cenotaphs of rulers along with a beautiful garden and a lake nearby.

We Will return to Bhuj for overnight stay and dinner.

Day 5 -Bhuj - Hodka Village (105km / 2.5hrs)

Today we will proceed for Hodka village and check in to Sham-e-sharad resort for check in. This resort has mud houses and family tents where one can stay enjoying the local Kutch culture and lifestyle. Here you’ll enjoy traditional dance forms by locals along with bonfire and dinner in the night. 

Day 6 – Hodka -Banni & Pachcham (200km / 4hrs)

We will wake up early morning and proceed to Banni and Pachcham regions at the edge of the Rann. We will explore the local villages like Dhordo, Bhirandiyara, Ludiya and Khavda along with India Bridge and a few more places. From here we will KaloDungar and Dattatray Temple that offers a panoramic view of entire Rann of Kutchh and is a great sunset point. In the evening we will return to the resort for overnight stay and dinner.

Places to visit around Hodka

• Dhordo Village is set on the edge of the Rann from where Indo - Pak border starts. It is renowned for its White desert, bird watching and craft villages.
• Bhirandiyarais a small village in Kutchh region that consists of 20 houses belonging to artisan families.
• Ludia village is famous for the craftswomen who make beautiful embroidery work and traditional crafts. The male artisans here make decorative furniture.
• Khavda is a small village in Bhuj where each year millions flamingos migrate to breed. Visitors can enjoy the safari here on camel back. The town is famous for excellent pottery  and leather works.
• KaloDungaris the highest point in Kutch from where you can get a beautiful panoramic view of the entire desert.

Day 7 Hodka - Mandvi (200km/4hrs)

Today we check out from the resort and drive for Mandvi and Banni Region. We will visit a famous fossil site and Than Monastery in the route along with Jura &Nirona Villages. In the evening we will arrive in Mandvi and check in to the resort/hotel for overnight and dinner.

Trip details

• Kutch fossil park: This is a magnificent place where many fossils have been collected and kept for display.
• Than Monastery is a beautiful temple complex in a corner of Kutch region.It is situated at the foot of Dinodhar Hill and is dedicated to Dhoramnath who is said to have performed rigorous penance here for 12 long years.
• Jura village is famous for the craftsmen who are popularly known to make beautiful bells.
• Nirona village is famous for seven generation old Rogan art that came to India from Persia that is today  done on bridal clothing, beautiful borders and floral patterns on Ghagras, odhni and other celebratory dresses.

Day 8 – Mandvi sightseeing

We will be visiting 72 Jain Temple Complex and then proceed to the shipping yard at Mandvi Port. From here we will spend rest of the day at the beach. You can also go for natural spa and herbal treatment at the resort.

The MandviTeerth is a Jain pilgrimage centre here. An idol of the 16th tirthankar of Jain, BhagwanShantinath, in the Padmasana posture is worshipped as the main deity here.

Day 9 –Mandvi - Wankaner (215km/ 4hrs)

Today we will check out from Mandvi and proceed for Wankaner where we will be staying in the Wankaner palace. Day will be free for photography, exploring the palace and the surrounding area.

Wankaner Palace is one of the beautiful historical palaces in India that was built by Maharaja of Wankaner H.H. Amarsinhji in the 20th century. There are a lot of antiquities in this palace such as decorative doors, windows, antique chairs, mirrors etc. This palace is home of Royal Oasis Wankaner that is one of the finest heritage hotel of India.

Here you can explore the nearby hills that has a Gayatri temple built on the top.

• Datardargah is near the hills that is a popular destination for muslim visitors.
• Hajrat Shah bavaDargah Sharif is another shrine that is of great importance for Hindu as well as Muslim devotees.
• Nagabava Temple is dedicated to one of the co-founders of the city Nagabava.

Day 10 – Wankaner - Ahmedabad (220km/ 4hrs)

Today we will check out from Palace and leave for Ahmedabad where upon reaching you’ll be dropped to the railways station/airport and the trip will come to an end.

• Than Monastery is a beautiful temple complex in a corner of Kutch region.It is situated at the foot of Dinodhar Hill and is dedicated to Dhoramnath who is said to have performed rigorous penance here for 12 long years.
• Jura village is famous for the craftsmen who are popularly known to make beautiful bells.
• Nirona village is famous for seven generation old Rogan art that came to India from Persia that is today  done on bridal clothing, beautiful borders and floral patterns on Ghagras, odhni and other celebratory dresses.

Day 8 – Mandvi sightseeing

We will be visiting 72 Jain Temple Complex and then proceed to the shipping yard at Mandvi Port. From here we will spend rest of the day at the beach. You can also go for natural spa and herbal treatment at the resort.

The MandviTeerth is a Jain pilgrimage centre here. An idol of the 16th tirthankar of Jain, BhagwanShantinath, in the Padmasana posture is worshipped as the main deity here.

Day 9 –Mandvi - Wankaner (215km/ 4hrs)

Today we will check out from Mandvi and proceed for Wankaner where we will be staying in the Wankaner palace. Day will be free for photography, exploring the palace and the surrounding area.

Wankaner Palace is one of the beautiful historical palaces in India that was built by Maharaja of Wankaner H.H. Amarsinhji in the 20th century. There are a lot of antiquities in this palace such as decorative doors, windows, antique chairs, mirrors etc. This palace is home of Royal Oasis Wankaner that is one of the finest heritage hotel of India.

Here you can explore the nearby hills that has a Gayatri temple built on the top.

• Datardargah is near the hills that is a popular destination for muslim visitors.
• Hajrat Shah bavaDargah Sharif is another shrine that is of great importance for Hindu as well as Muslim devotees.
• Nagabava Temple is dedicated to one of the co-founders of the city Nagabava.
• Swaminarayan Temple is also one of the most popular religious place for followers of Swaminarayan cult.

Day 10 – Wankaner - Ahmedabad (220km/ 4hrs)

Today we will check out from Palace and leave for Ahmedabad where upon reaching you’ll be dropped to the railways station/airport and the trip will come to an end.
