NJP RAILWAY STATION / (IXB) BAGDOGRA AIRPORT – GANGTOK (02 NIGHT) – LACHUNG (02 NIGHT) - YUMTHANG - GANGTOK (01 NIGHT) – DARJEELING (03 NIGHT) - NJP RAILWAY STATION / (IXB) BAGDOGRA AIRPORT

DAY 01 ARRIVAL NJP RAILWAY STATION / (IXB) BAGDOGRA AIRPORT - GANGTOK

On arrival at NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport, (500Ft / 150Mts) will be met by our office Executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok (5500 Ft /1677 Mts, 130 Kms / 04 to 05 Hrs). Check in and over night at Hotel.

DAY 02 GANGTOK

After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake - situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel. (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided)

DAY 03 GANGTOK – LACHUNG

Pick from Gangtok Hotel and transfer to Lachung (8000 Ft / 2439 Mts / 124 Kms / 05 ½ to 06 ½ Hrs). On the way visit Tashi view point, Seven sister’s water fall (Subjected the vehicle take the normal route). Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 04 LACHUNG - YUMTHANG - LACHUNG

Early morning proceed on a half day excursion to Yumthang Valley (11800 Ft / 3598 Mts / 25 Kms / 01 ½ Hrs one way). On the way visit the Hot Spring and Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 05 LACHUNG - GANGTOK

Transfer to Gangtok. On the way, see Bhim Nala water fall & Twin water fall. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 06 GANGTOK - DARJEELING

Morning Go for a half day (04 hrs) sightseeing covering Jhakri Water Falls along with Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday) and Flower Show. DAY 07 DARJEELING

DAY 08 DARJEELING

DAY 06 LACHUNG-YUMTHANG-LACHUNG
After breakfast leave for Yumthang (11800 ft / 43 kms / 02 hrs) on the way you may visit the famous hot spring. Yumthang is a large valley surrounded by mountains where the tree line ends. In April / May / June the valley erupts in a riot of colours as Rhododendrons, Primulae and many other Alpine Flowers are in full bloom. In the winter months, Yumthang is somber with snow all around, and the anow clad mountains adding to the ethereal beauty. Return to Lachung for Lunch. After lunch visit Lachung Monastery, Cottage Industry and Waterfalls. Dinner will be served at about 8 p.m.

DAY 07 LACHUNG-GANGTOK
After breakfast leave for Gangtok. On the way stops between singhik, Mangan and if the weather is clear you may get to see the Khangchendzonga Range. This location offers a majestic view of Mt. Pandim, Mt. Kabru, Mt. Simvo, Mt. Jopuno, Mt. Khangchendzonga and Mt. Siniolchu on the way. O/n at Gangtok.

DAY 08 GANGTOK – KALIMPONG
After breakfast, transfer to Kalimpong (4000 ft / 79 kms / 03 hrs). Here you do the sightseeing of Delo Hills, Dr. Grahm’s Home, Pine View Nursery, Jang-Dong-Palrifro-Brang Gompa, and Mangal Dham & Durpin Dara View Point. Overnight at Hotel.
