Day 01: Arrived at Bagdogra airport (124km/3Hours)or New Jalpaiguri railway station (148km/3.5 Hours)
After arrival at Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station and meet with our representative and they will meet you with warm welcome and proceed you to Gangtok. Before reach you will stop for lunch at any highway Dhaba/ Restaurant later you will continue your journey to Gangtok. Day 02: City tour of Gangtok
After breakfast you will visit some famous places of Gangtok which includes Hanuman Tok, Do Drul Chorten and Enchey Monastery, after that you will have lunch at Taste of Tibet Restaurant later you will visit Rumtek Monastery and Ganesh Tok, in the evening you will come back to hotel. Overnight stay with dinner at Gangtok Hotel
Hanuman Tok: Tok is a famous temple in Gangtok dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The temple is situated at an altitude of approximately 7200 feet on the upper reaches of Gangtok and is known for its serene atmosphere and surreal vista of mighty Kanchenjunga. On this cremation ground, the mortal remains of family members of former Namgyal dynasty were brought to flame.
Enchey Monastery: Enchey Monastery meaning solitary temple, was built in 1909 and is a 200 year old monastery. Located at a distance of 3 km from the city, the monastery is built on the spot, which is believed to be blessed by Lama Druptab Karpo. This temple was blessed by Lama Dhrupthob Karpo, a renowned saint who was known to have flying powers. This is a local legend and the religious significance of this place is realized by every person living in Gangtok. Paintings of Goddesses and other objects of spiritual significance are kept around in the premises.

Overnight stay with dinner at Gangtok Hotel
Nathula Pass: Nathula Pass, located at a distance of 56 km from Gangtok, is a pass on the Indo-Chinese border. Serving as a trade link between India and China, this park also once served as the main access for Sikkim-Tibet trade. It is richly surrounded with alpine flora. The road winding down the Chumbi valley can be seen on a clear day. Chinese soldiers on the other side of the barbed wire can be viewed from the international border.
Ban Jhakri Falls: Ban Jhakri Falls is a water fall located in Gangtok, This spectacular falls plunges from a height of 70 ft amidst lush green surroundings. Ban Jhakri Falls Energy Park, a well-maintained park has been built here. One can also make a quick visit to the Ranka Monastery as this place lies on the route to the falls. Ban Jhakri falls is one of the most popular and well visited spots located Gangtok. The falls are situated at a distance of 5 kms from Gangtok. The entire premises are well laid out with pathways and a foot-bridge over the water stream for tourists to walk around.

Do Drul Chorten
Do Drul Chorten Constructed by Trullshi Rimpoche, head of the Nyingma order of Tibetan Buddhism in the year 1945, the Do-Drul Chorten or Stupa is one of the finest monasteries of Gangtok. There are 108 Mani Lhakor (Prayer Wheels) around the Chorten, which are turned by devout Buddhists while chanting 'Om Mane Padme Hum' (O Jewel in the Lotus) to invoke the Bodhisattva. Do-Drul Chorten is a must visit place for nirvana seekers, history lovers and photography buffs. The Chorten Stupa is marked by a golden top dome. This golden top can be seen from various places in Gangtok.
Rumtek Monastery
Rumtek Monastery, located at a distance of approximately 24 km from Gangtok in Rumtek, is one of the most important sites for almost every Buddhist. This monastery was originally built in the 16th century, under the supervision of Wangchuck Dorge and with the financial assistance of the fourth king of Sikkim. There is a Golden stupa located inside the monastery, which encompasses the relics of the 16th Karmapa The monastery is also known as Dharma Chakra Centre and is surrounded by green, calm and serene hills. It is one of the most revered monasteries of India after those in Dharamshala and Tawang.
Seven Sister Waterfalls
Seven Sister Waterfalls in Gangtok is located 32 km away from the city. It is a must see place in Gangtok. All the seven waterfalls aligned sideways one after the other is a wonderful sight to catch and during the Monsoon season these falls come to a fierce life. It is the ideal place to spend some relaxing time with family. Some other places you can visit while in Gangtok include Tashi Viewpoint constructed by the late king of Sikkim, Tashi Namgyal. Only 4 Km away from Gangtok, this place allows visitors to have a good view of the pristine hills beside mount Kanchenjunga.
