  • High season surcharge will be applicable for every booking on 16th Oct – 25th Oct during Durga Puja & Diwali, 20th Dec – 5th Jan during X-Mass & New Year & during Holi (as per date).
  • In high season, no refund will be applicable within 30 days of the tours start date. (Normal cancellation policy will not applicable on those dates.)

Special Andamans Tour 2016 2017 - Package Itinerary:
 

Day 01: Arrival-Cellular Jail Light & Sound Show
Arrival at Port Blair in the afternoon and transfer to respective Hotel. In the evening witness the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Stay Overnight in Port Blair.

Day 02:  Havelock Island- Radhanagar Beach (Departure Time 0600 Hrs)
After an early breakfast and as per ferry timing, transfer to the Jetty to take the ferry to Havelock Island. Upon arrival, transfer to the Radhanagar Beach, one of the most picturesque beach on the Islands. The beach has also been ranked 07th among the beaches of Asia by the TIME magazine. Return to Port Blair later in the afternoon, as per ferry timing. Stay Overnight in Port Blair.

Day 03:  Ross Island + North Bay ( Coral Island)   ( Closed on Wednesday)
After Breakfast visit the Administrative Capital Prior to Independence from where the Britishers governed the entire A & N Islands-ROSS ISLAND, A destination for Nature Walk amidst friendly Deer’s & Peacocks. Smritika Museum, records the life of its political prisoners. There after we take an Excursion to North Bay -Coral Island. With Glass Bottom Ride & Snorkeling (optional on Direct payment) one can explore the Coral reefs underneath. Stay Overnight in Port Blair. 

Day 04: Port Blair City Tour- Chidyatapu
After Breakfast  proceed for a City Tour of Port Blair which includes the Fisheries Museum (Aquarium) - exhibits species of marine life peculiar to the islands, Anthropological Museum - displays tribal essential and artefacts’, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika) - gives a good retrospect of the history, shells, Corals marine life, geography and archaeology of these islands,visit the National Memorial-Cellular Jail, Designed especially for solitary confinement it earned the Islands the dreaded name of Kala Pani,  and the Water Sports complex.
After lunch proceed to Chidyatapu – famous for lush green mangroves, forest cover with numerous chirping birds and Sandy beach (Known as the Sunset Point).Overnight at Port Blair.

Day 05: Corbyn’s Cove- Departure. (Check out time 0800 hrs)
After a Leisure breakfast, take a drive towards Corbyn’s Cove Beach, about 9 kms from Port Blair. The Crescent shaped coconut palm fringed Corbin’s Cove ideal for swimming & Bathing.
Drop at Airport. Return home with memories of a wonderful holiday.

  • Cost for personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc.
  • Activity charges, Scuba, Jet Ski, Snorkeling etc., until and unless mentioned in the inclusions
  • Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Cost Includes” head.
  • Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly ON ARRIVAL.
  • Difference in cost arising due to extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Difference in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, etc. In such case extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.

Refund Rules:
Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only. ** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.

Cancellation:-
All cancellations are to be communicated in writing, & will attract a sum of INR 2500.00 minimum or 10 % of the Booking Amount. Beside the forfeiture of the deposit amount, a further charge will be levied if notice of cancellation is received within 21 days prior to the operation of the booked tour as per the following.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation has to be sent to us by Fax / Email.

From Date of booking – 30 days only communication charges of Rs 2000.00 per person
30 -15 Days prior to departure   25% of tour cost 
14 -07 Days prior to departure   50% of tour cost  
07- 03 Days prior to departure   75% of tour cost 
02 Days/No show                           100% of tour cost

Please Also Note: All cancellation charges will be furthermost subject to the consideration of those engaged in arranging the itinerary. We will use all our powers to erase the cancellation charges and negotiate for the lowest possible charges.

  1.  In case of any unexpected bad weather Condition Or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/Seaplane/ to Havelock or other island gets cancelled, some other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair and additional night accommodation in Havelock/ Port Blair will be additional charged.
  2.  All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except in the case of cash payments where the refund is processed through cheque or online transfer.
  3. The refund is initiated from our end within 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
  4.    Please note that it may take 5 - 14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is imitated from our end.
  5. Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be non-refundable.

  • Children above 10+ years will be charged 100% as per Adult Rate (EPSR)
  • Children of 5+ to 10 sharing parent’s room will be charged as per CWB or CNB
  • Children below 5 years Complimentary only for Hotels, however charges are applicable for Entry and Ferry above 02 Years of age.

Andamans Weekend 2N/3D- package Itinerary Details

Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name on it. You will be taken to Ferry Ghat. We depart to Andaman Islands most amazing destination, Havelock Island. The destination is rated as the best island in India. Depart from Port Blair to Havelock Island in a ferry.

Upon reaching Havelock, meet our representative and drop you at your hotel. Rest and Relax in a beachside resort. We offer only beach side resorts for exquisite experiences.

Later we begin our journey to one among Asia's best beach, Radhanagar Beach. Explore this white sand beach and bask in the beauty of this natural wonder.

Drop you back to your resort in Havelock to spend the evening on your own and relax and unwind.

Well, how about exploring something underwater? Today, we begin our journey to the most visited snorkeling destination in Havelock Island, Elephant Beach. Around 30 Minutes by boat, Elephant Beach flaunts one among the best reefs in Havelock Island. The great thing is that the reef here starts at a depth of less than a meter. 

Enjoy snorkeling underwater where you explore the amazing reef in Elephant beach. Later we return back from Elephant beach to the Havelock dock in a boat.  Now board a ferry back to Port Blair. Upon arrival in Port Blair, Check into your hotel in Port Blair.

Note:  Do note that you will have to check out the hotel in Havelock Island before the trip begins. Your luggage will be kept in a kiosk safely. Our representative will get the luggage before you board the ferry back to the other island.

Note - Package is Inclusive of snorkeling equipment, car pick up, boat ride and drop to the harbor. (The trip is subject to weather conditions and visibility). Please note that NO Swimming Skills are required for this activity. Ferry Timing from Havelock to Port Blair is around 4:00 PM.

The Cellular Jail ( Kala Pani Jail) Visit - Andamans

Cecllular Jaihas a pride of place in India’s freedom struggle. Many a freedom Fighters were imprisoned here. It weas declared a national memorial, this three storey prison was constructed by Britishers in 1906, is a pilgrimage destination for freedom fighters. This Notoroius Jail has silently witnessed the most terrifying Toutures and atrocities faced by our Indian  freedom fighters.

 

Evening Sound and Light Show

The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail which gives you a vivid experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for independence. 

Overnight stay at hotel in Port Blair.

Today after breakfast, We visit Ross Island. Once the administrative headquarters of the British and capital of these Islands, the island is now under the Indian Navy. It stands now as a ruin of the bygone days with the old structures almost in debris. There is a small museum named Smritika, it holds Photographs and the other antiques of the Britishers. The island is Famous for friendly flocks of Deer and lush green walking trails.

After Ross Island, Visit North Bay, and  enjoy snorkeling or take a glass bottom boat ride (Optional on direct payment) in its shallow waters with a chance to see corals up close. 

Evening return to the hotel.

Today early morning move to Havelock Island by govt ferry boat. Arrival at Havelock Island than visit to Radhanagar Beach (or Beach No. 7) is the jewel in the crown of Havelock Island. 

 

Visit Radhanagar Beach - One of the Best Rated by Time Magazine

Located on the western side of the island, it stands away from hustle and Bustle. The glorious white sand beach shot to global fame when Time magazine (in 2004) rated it as the finest in Asia. 

The Beach has lush Green tropical forest rising on a hill to one side, and white sandy beach on other side, This beach has has steadily grown in the legion of avid beach buffs. 

The popularity Radhanager beach has triggered Ferries across the Andaman Seas. Travelers are coming even from Thailand  to experience the magic of this beach. Radhanagar is simply stunning and runs over a few kilometers It lends itself to a variety of Activities. 

4.30 hrs In Evening - Return back to port Blair. Overnight stay at Hotel.

After Breakfast, proceed for a city tour of the Port Blair City which covers,  Anthropological Museum which displays the tools, models habitats, art and handcrafts of the aboriginal tribes of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Chatham Saw Mill, Forest Museum, Samdudrika (Naval Marine Museum), Gandhi Park, Fisheries museum, Science Center and water sports complex.
