DAY 01 :- Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name on it. You will be taken to your hotel where you relax and rest. After Lunch proceed to the nearest Beach (9Kms), Carbyn’s Cove. The Crescent shaped coconut palm fringed Carbyn’s Cove ideal for swimming & bathing. Proceed back to your Hotel to freshen up and in the evening proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Drop back to the hotel.

DAY 02 :- Havelock Island, 54 Kms from Port Blair is one among the most popular destination. Departure from Port Blair on a passenger ferry to Havelock Island. On arrival our representative would be waiting at the exit of the jetty. Then proceed to selected hotel to relax. After Lunch enjoy the famous Radhanagar Beach (N/Ac Car/Jeep will be provided for pickup and drop, time spent 2-3 hours). This beach has been consistently rated as one of the best beach in Asia. Watch a mesmerizing sunset on this beach before returning back to your hotel to relax and unwind.

DAY 03 :- Embark on the most memorable snorkeling trip, just 40 min by Boat Elephant beach offers snorkelers calm blue crystal clear shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. The boat goes right up to the beach. It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 meter. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Upon completion of the activity, proceed back to Havelock.

DAY 04 :- Visit the Kalapathar beach and spend rest of the day at leisure enjoying white sand beaches. In the afternoon board the ferry and return to Port Blair. Our representative will meet you at Port Blair and drop you to your hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 05 :- After Breakfast visit the Administrative Capital Prior to Independence from where the Britishers governed the entire A & N Islands-ROSS ISLAND, A destination for Nature Walk amidst friendly Deer’s & Peacocks. Smritika Museum, records the life of its political prisoners. Upon return from Ross Island visit to some of the City tour activities such as Chatham Saw Mill, Anthropological Museum and Naval Marine Museums. Later in the evening proceed to the shopping point to purchase gifts for your family

SAMUDRIKA MUSEUM

It is run by the Indian Navy.  The museum has seven sections presenting Geographical information, Marine life, Archaeology and people of Andaman. It has a good collection of shells, corals and a few colorful fishes.

ANTHROPOLOGICAL MUSEUM
 

It was started in the year 1975-76. It illustrates the four Negrioto Tribes of the Andamanese viz; the Jarawas, Sentinels, Great Andamanese, the Onges and two Mongoloid tribes of the Nicobar Viz; the Nicobariese and the Shompens. It not only describes the life style of the nomadic tribes of Andaman and Nicobar Island but also defines their stage by stage development till the present age. The articles on display are the various handicrafts, tools, weapons, arts and crafts, and photographs etc.

FISHERIES MUSEUM
 

It has 350 different species of marine life. The different kinds of marine life on display have been collected from the Bay of Bengal and the Indo-Pacific Ocean. It is situated adjacent to the Rajiv Gandhi Water Sports Complex, Port Blair.

CELLULAR JAIL

This historic building was built in the 19th century to look like a wheel with seven spokes. Today only three wings of the seven remain. It took 10 years to complete. It is called ‘Cellular’ because it has “Cells beyond Cells”.

SOUND & LIGHT SHOW
At the National Memorial ‘Cellular Jail’ you can attend the Sound & Light Show where the heroic saga of the Indian Freedom Struggle is brought alive by the means of light and sound at the jail premises, presented in English and Hindi, which takes you back to the British Era.

Day 2: North Bay, Ross Island & Viper Island

After Breakfast you will be escorted to Andaman Water Sports Complex to catch a ferry which will be your mate for the entire excursion to Ross Island, North Bay and Viper Island.

NORTH BAY

It is also called “The Gate Way to Port Blair”. This place is famous for its coral reefs, exotic varieties' of beautiful ornamental fishes and water sports activities. The breathtaking stretch of coral bed leaves you spellbound.  North Bay is the foremost snorkeling point of Andaman. Apart from snorkeling and glass-bottom boat ride, scuba diving, underwater sea walk facility is also available at North Bay.

ROSS ISLAND

It was the Capital of Port Blair during British and Japanese regime, prior to India’s Independence. It was named after Sir Daniel Ross a marine surveyor. It was nick named “The Paris of the East”. It is now under the supervision of the Indian Navy. This island is an ideal destination for nature walk amidst sylvan surroundings with deer’s, peacocks and exotic birds.

A leisurely cruise (Harbour Cruise) towards Viper Island, in a steamer crosses the seven main ports of these islands, including the floating dry dock of naval command.

VIPER ISLAND

This island is named after “Viper” the survey ship of Britishers commanded by Cap. Archibald Blair in 1788-89 A.D. The gallows atop a hillock here are a sight to watch. This island is famous for Open Jail, Chain Gang Jail and Gallows of Convicts. Freedom Fighter Sher Ali was hanged here on 30th March 1872 in connection of Viceroy Lord Mayo’s murder.

Day 3: Port Blair to Havelock

ONWARD JOURNEY TO HAVELOCK (57KMS)

In the morning you will be escorted to Phoenix Bay Harbor to board MV. Makruzz (1 ½ hrs) or Govt. Ferry (2 ½ hrs) which will take you to Havelock Island.

HAVELOCK ISLAND

The island is named after a British Army Officer. The island offers state-of-the-art facilities for snorkeling and scuba diving. Havelock is famous for its white sand and crystal clear and transparent waters.
At the Harbour our representative will receive you and will help you to find a restaurant for breakfast (if you didn’t had it already) and then he will escort you to Radhanagar Beach which is Asia’s 7th most beautiful beach. At Radhanagar Beach you can go for swimming or just get your feet wet and admire the serene beauty of the beach.

Day 4: At leisure in Havelock or optional tour to Elephant Beach

Day 5: Neil island

DAY TRIP TO NEIL ISLAND

Check out from the hotel, move towards the Harbour to board a ferry which will take you to Neil Island. At the harbor our representative will receive you and will escort you to sightseeing of Neil Island. 

NEIL ISLAND

This island is apparently named after James George Smith Neill, a British soldier responsible for several war crimes during the suppression of the 1857 Mutiny. There is a lone jetty at Bharathpur, which serves as the only entry–exit point of the island. It is an ideal location eco-tourism and a marvelous island with plenty of marine life. The famous beaches there are Bharathpur Beach, Laxmanpur Beach.  Sitapur Beach is famous for its red sand. They are the best beaches unspoiled and raw. The other attraction is a Natural Bridge Formation also known as “Howrah Bridge”.

In the evening we will start our return journey to Port Blair enjoying the sea breeze and the sight of the changing colors of the sky of the setting sun and most of the time accompanied by dolphins and flying fishes swimming along the boat.

Day 6: Baratang Island - Limestone Caves & Mud Volcano

BARATANG ISLAND

Early morning before daybreak we depart for Baratang Islands. It is approximately 110 kms away from Port Blair. It is connected through road passing through Jarawas Tribe Reserve also known as ATR Road (Andaman Trunk Road or the State High Way).  We will travel through fabulous and enchanting forest in conveys to reach Nilambur Jetty (Middle Strait) from where we take a ferry for Baratang Island which is a 15mints ride. It has thick mangrove creeks on both sides followed by dense tropical forest. Major attractions at Baratang are lime Stone Cave and Mud Volcanoes.

LIME STONE CAVE
They are located 15 minutes away by sea from Baratang Jetty. We can reach there by dongis or small boats. The journey enthralls everyone as it takes you underneath the dense forest of mangroves plantation. Please do carry sufficient water along with you.

MUD VALCONO (JALKI)
The mud volcanoes have erupted so sporadically with recent eruption I n 2005, believed to have been associated with the 2004 earthquake. The natives of this island call it “Jalki”. The mud volcanoes squirt little fountains of mud.

It is also called “The Gate Way to Port Blair”. This place is famous for its coral reefs, exotic varieties' of beautiful ornamental fishes and water sports activities. The breathtaking stretch of coral bed leaves you spellbound.  North Bay is the foremost snorkeling point of Andaman. Apart from snorkeling and glass-bottom boat ride, scuba diving, underwater sea walk facility is also available at North Bay.

ROSS ISLAND

It was the Capital of Port Blair during British and Japanese regime, prior to India’s Independence. It was named after Sir Daniel Ross a marine surveyor. It was nick named “The Paris of the East”. It is now under the supervision of the Indian Navy. This island is an ideal destination for nature walk amidst sylvan surroundings with deer’s, peacocks and exotic birds.

A leisurely cruise (Harbour Cruise) towards Viper Island, in a steamer crosses the seven main ports of these islands, including the floating dry dock of naval command.

VIPER ISLAND

This island is named after “Viper” the survey ship of Britishers commanded by Cap. Archibald Blair in 1788-89 A.D. The gallows atop a hillock here are a sight to watch. This island is famous for Open Jail, Chain Gang Jail and Gallows of Convicts. Freedom Fighter Sher Ali was hanged here on 30th March 1872 in connection of Viceroy Lord Mayo’s murder.

Day 3: Port Blair to Havelock

ONWARD JOURNEY TO HAVELOCK (57KMS)

In the morning you will be escorted to Phoenix Bay Harbor to board MV. Makruzz (1 ½ hrs) or Govt. Ferry (2 ½ hrs) which will take you to Havelock Island.

HAVELOCK ISLAND

The island is named after a British Army Officer. The island offers state-of-the-art facilities for snorkeling and scuba diving. Havelock is famous for its white sand and crystal clear and transparent waters.
At the Harbour our representative will receive you and will help you to find a restaurant for breakfast (if you didn’t had it already) and then he will escort you to Radhanagar Beach which is Asia’s 7th most beautiful beach. At Radhanagar Beach you can go for swimming or just get your feet wet and admire the serene beauty of the beach.

Day 4: At leisure in Havelock or optional tour to Elephant Beach

This entire day is free for optional activities.

ELEPHANT BEACH {(OPTIONAL) CHARGES EXTRA}

It is located at a distance of around 10kms from the market or 30 minutes boat ride from the jetty. It is known for its beautiful corals and exotic life.

Day 5: Neil island

Check out from the hotel, move towards the Harbour to board a ferry which will take you to Neil Island. At the harbor our representative will receive you and will escort you to sightseeing of Neil Island. 

NEIL ISLAND

This island is apparently named after James George Smith Neill, a British soldier responsible for several war crimes during the suppression of the 1857 Mutiny. There is a lone jetty at Bharathpur, which serves as the only entry–exit point of the island. It is an ideal location eco-tourism and a marvelous island with plenty of marine life. The famous beaches there are Bharathpur Beach, Laxmanpur Beach.  Sitapur Beach is famous for its red sand. They are the best beaches unspoiled and raw. The other attraction is a Natural Bridge Formation also known as “Howrah Bridge”.

LIME STONE CAVE
They are located 15 minutes away by sea from Baratang Jetty. We can reach there by dongis or small boats. The journey enthralls everyone as it takes you underneath the dense forest of mangroves plantation. Please do carry sufficient water along with you.

This day your wonderful vacation at Andaman Island ends with lots of sweet memorable memories.
