It is the oldest and ancient village of this region. Venue for its world renowned ‘Sippi Fair’ this place is a 12 km walk from the resort. It offers the best glades for picnics and the natural stream presents a refreshing and soul stirring experience.

White Water Rafting:

White water rafting at Satluj/Beas is one of the most exciting adventure and activities around Shimla .You get and opportunity to enter the rapids of Grade II to Grade IV in Satluj and Beas. For around One hours time you are into the river paddling with the guide and following the instructions of the guide. It gives a good opportunity for team building exercise in individuals and in organizations hierarchy as well.

Rock Climbing:

The sport or activity of climbing sheer rock faces, especially by means of specialized techniques and equipment. For so many years, Rock Climbing has become a major sport or leisure activity for thousands of outdoor sports enthusiasts. In itself, Rock Climbing comes in different styles. These include Indoor Climbing, Traditional Climbing, Bouldering, and many others. Though it is generally a risky sport which demands physical strength and endurance, it poses a different kind of challenge, excitement, and adrenaline rush. This is probably one of the many reasons why a lot of people are so enthusiastic about this activity.

Rock Rappelling:

Rappelling is a quick way to descend a difficult rock by relying 100% on your equipment: harness, gear, anchors, and rope. It can be invigorating with good instruction, or terrifying if your gear is not set up properly. This is the only time you're completely dependent on the gear, so you need to know all the different ways to safely set up a rappel or trust that your instructor knows how to. At crags or sport routes, most times there will be a top bolt you rap off of -- again, check the quality of any and all anchors before setting off.

River Crossing/Valley Crossing:

Suppose you are standing on one bank of a river. You want to get to the point exactly opposite, on the other bank. You plan to do this in two stages. Stage one is to cross the river, say by swimming or rowing a boat. As you cross, you'll get swept downstream by the current. When you get to the other side, you plan to walk back upstream to your destination. Walking upstream is stage two. It occurs to you that you might save some time by pointing upstream while crossing the river. It will take a little longer to cross the river that way, but you won't get swept downstream so far. That means less time walking back upstream, and you hope to come out ahead overall.

Treasure Hunt:

The Game: This exciting new team-building activity fosters group effectiveness in a unique way. Based on the Scandinavian sport of Orienteering (now an Olympic event) where individuals use a detailed map to find flags in the forest, Treasure Hunt Adventure is driven by a custom-made map of your conference center. The object is to find the key to the treasure-filled chest. Your large group is divided into heterogeneous sub-groups, each with its own set of clues to find. Individual teams soon realize that the only means to the treasure is to work together. The key, hidden somewhere on the property, can only be found by locating clues circled on their maps (a tree, column, statue, etc.).Some clues can only be acquired when the group completes a "challenge" -- a fun test of the team’s mettle. Each sub-group’s immediate goal is assembling their part of the riddle. When assembled, these add up to reveal a final riddle. The excitement builds as all sub-groups must now work together to find the key.

Yoga

A Hindu discipline aimed at achieving a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility. In the West, the term is most commonly understood as the physical exercises that are practiced as part of this discipline. Yoga enhances the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual qualities of guests utilizing three branches of Yoga: Hatha, Kriya and Raja. Beginners and experienced participants are encouraged to experience a higher level of personal contentment through individualized practice incorporating devotion, dedication and discipline to one's lifestyle.

ASTANG YOGA - ASANA: Yogic asanas/exercises are referred as "neuromuscular integration," because they benefit not only the muscular, cardiovascular, and metabolic systems but also serve to integrate mind and body to order to create specific and predictable physiological effects.

ASTANG YOGA - PRANAYAMA: Pranayama practices similarly involve the manipulation of breathing mechanism along with the increased awareness of the pressure changes inside the cavity of chest and abdomen. Breathing is a bridge between our body and mind. Changes in our body and mind affect our breathing. Breathing can balance our nervous system. When practices regularly, they produce a profound, calming effect on our mind and body and decrease sympathetic nervous system stimulation.

Burma Bridge Crossing:

The Burma Bridge is a 4 cable system, forming a hanging bridge, 20 to 90 mtrs across the Valley and approximately 30 to 60 m high above the ground. The Burma Bridge consists of a bottom cable, which you walk on; the cable is connected by ropes to two cables about 1.2m higher up. These two cables are the ‘hand rails’. Of course you also wear a harness, which is connected to a cable above your head. Even the slightest breeze has you wobbling precariously over to one side. The famous words “don’t look down” are totally negated here as you have to concentrate on placing your feet neatly on the bottom cable, while staring wide-eyed down at the potential plunge. Even though you know that you can’t fall because you are strapped in and connected to the top cable.

Rope Bridge Crossing:

The rope bridge adventure can be found 5-10 meters in altitude connected to the trunks of the trees next to the suspension bridge. This rope bridge offers fun and challenge for adults and children alike. Children who are 120 centimeters or less can enjoy the easier course created just for them. On the harder one, where they can bypass parts, they have to be at least 140 centimeters tall. The goal is to go through the course by going from one podium to another by balancing your way through on the ropes that are attached to the trunks of the trees.

Waterfall Rappeling:

Waterfall Rappelling - Also technically known as canyoning and canyoneering are more often associated with technical descents — those that require rappels (abseils) and ropework, down-climbing. In this activity you have to descend from cliff where water falls on you while you descend. This is support is quite adventurous and daring.

Jummaring:

Jumaring, also referred to as jugging, is where the second climber (the one who belays the lead climber on the route) uses ascenders to climb the rope instead of climbing directly on the rock. Along with the ascenders, one or more webbing "ladders" called étriers (or aiders) are typically used to allow the climber to use their feet to step up and pull themselves up the rope. Ascending is not typically performed on free climbing routes where a climber uses his or her hands and feet on the rock, climbing the features, edges, cracks, and pockets that the route provides without artificial aids. Typically, ascending is reserved for aid climbing where the climbers are climbing near-featureless faces of rock, usually with very thin cracks that a person probably could not get their fingers into to make the holds useful

Flyng Fiox:

This is an activity in which a series of cables strung across trees in the Forest you freely descent with the help of pulley and billey rope, the distance depends upon the level of the excitement and the adventure one is looking for. Platforms enable participants to be harnessed and hooked up to these cables and after being given instructions by qualified staff, are soon ready to fly! Riders will glide down the cables from tree to tree from high up off the ground, experiencing the exhilaration of ploughing though the jungle canopy.

Camping:

Trekking: The words “trekking” and “hiking” are used somewhat interchangeably, but a trek more often refers to a long distance walk along age-old trails, usually in remote areas far from roads or highways. And how many miles do we walk each day? We usually characterize the hiking day in terms of hours. On most treks, we hike from four to six hours a day (with an occasional eight hour day). On most trips, porters, pack animals or vehicles carry all the gear. All you need to carry is a small daypack to hold a water bottle, camera and sweater/jacket.

Community Interactions: This event is basically to organize the workshop by inviting the people from the local community and interacting with them about the religion, lifestyles, attitude and other aspects on life , how these people live in the region what are their thoughts about the society and the behaviors, exchange of the views from different community gives you and idea about the thought process going in every bodies minds.

Agricultural Workshops: This practice is basically to tell the present generations that what were the equipments which were used in the initial times for agriculture and the techniques used at that time, they can still see the people using the traditional ways of agriculture apart from the modernity. They can get an idea how vegetables are grown in the fields an how cereals and other food grains which comes to them in homes how they are grown and what is the process involved in this.

Rescue & Evacuation in Mountains : Through this concepts our adventure Instructors demonstrates the techniques used to rescue some body in the Himalayas when you have limited resources and less people to help.

It includes the traditional and modern techniques used for this purpose if somebody stuck in the Himalayas
