Cancellation Policy From check in date:
- If a booking is cancelled 30 days or before 50% will be refunded.
- If a booking is cancelled 15 days or before 25% will be refunded.
- If a booking is cancelled in less than 15 days NO REFUND.
- Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID Only, Otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.
- Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone
- Group Booking will neither be cancelled nor modified. No deposit will be refunded

Terms and Conditions
- Early check-in is subject to availability of rooms. However check-in before 8.00 A.M would be charged for full day in advance.
- All reservations will be held till 1800hrs after which they will be released, unless intimation of late arrival has been received.
- Payments pertaining to the stay of the guest must be settled directly prior to departure in cash .
- Cheque payment will not-be accepted .
- Pets are not allowed in the resort premises.
- Child below 5 Years complimentary while sharing room with parents without extra bed.
- In keeping with the Govt Of India security procedures we request all our guests to carry a photo-identity to present at check-in. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card or PAN card. We request you to kindly carry a photocopy of the same.
