Arrival at Guwahati airport or railway station and check in to hotel. After freshen up you will visit to explore Guwahati which includes Guwahati Tea Auction Centre, the largest CTC tea auction centre in the world. Later visit Kamakhya Temple and it takes half hour to reach temple, after that you will visit Guwahati Planetarium which takes 45 min to reach. Later visit Lakhimi Cabin Restaurant for lunch.  After lunch you will visit Assam Government Emporium to buy some Handlooms and Handicraft items. By the evening you will visit Brahmaputra River to enjoy your sunset through cruise ride. In the evening return to hotel and overnight at Guwahati hotel.

After breakfast you will proceed to visit Cherrapunji which is known as wettest place on earth. At Cherrapunji we will visit the magnificent waterfalls-Nohkalikai & Mawsmai, the cave of Mawsmai which is one of the 100 odd limestone caves in Meghalaya. After that you will visit any nearest restaurant to have lunch, later visit towards flat Bangladesh land from Cherrapunji. After breakfast check out from Sangsua or Gatoonga Bungalow to proceed Majuli , the largest river island in the world amidst the mighty river Brahmaputra. We will visit some Satras (monasteries) of this sector, enjoy ferry ride at Majuli Island. By the evening return to Sangsua or Gatoonga Bungalow. Overnight stay with dinner at Sangsua or Gatoonga Bungalow.

How to Reach Guwahati

By Flight: Guwahati has Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport at Borjhar, about 20 km west of the center of the city. There are direct flights to Guwahati from Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad and other major cities in India by different airlines. Druk Air connects Guwahati internationally airport to Bangkok and Paro twice a week.

By Train: Guwahati falls under the Northeast Frontier Railway zone of the Indian Railways. Guwahati Junction which is the major station of Guwahati is the headquarters of the zone. Two other stations are Kamakhya Junction and New Guwahati (for freight services) located towards west and east from Guwahati respectively. Kamakhya Junction is the second largest station of the city. Guwahati is well connected by express trains to major cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Jaipur, Trivandrum, Ranchi, Patna, Kollam, Puri, Jammu etc

Kaziranga National Park is a national park in the Golaghat and Nagaon districts of the state of Assam, India. A World Heritage Site, the park hosts two-thirds of the world's Great One-horned Rhinoceroses. Kaziranga also boasts the highest density of tigers among protected areas in the world and was declared a Tiger Reserve in 2006. The park is home to large breeding populations of elephants, wild water buffalo, and swamp deer. Kaziranga is also recognized as an Important Bird Area by Birdlife International for conservation of avifaunal species. Compared to other protected areas in India, Kaziranga has achieved notable success in wildlife conservation. Located on the edge of the Eastern Himalaya biodiversity hotspot, the park combines high species diversity and visibility. Kaziranga is a vast expanse of tall elephant grass, marshland, and dense tropical moist broadleaf forests, crisscrossed by four major rivers, including the Brahmaputra, and the park includes numerous small bodies of water. Barpeta: Barpeta is a town in Barpeta district, India and is district headquarters. The city is located 90 kilometres (56 mi) north west of Guwahati and is one of the major cities in Western Assam.

Majuli: Majuli, the largest riverine island in the world,Located on the river Brahmaputra in Assam in north east India, Majuli has the distinction of being the biggest river island in the world. The island is formed by river Brahmaputra in the south and the Kherkutia Xuti joined by the river Subansiri in the north.The island, located 1,100 km away from the mouth of Brahmaputra, had an area of 1256 sq km in 1991. Continuous soil erosion has reduced the island to 875 sq km. Majuli was also short listed for consideration for UNESCO World Heritage status.
