i.    The cost includes economy class air ticket ex Mumbai, Ex Delhi, Ex Banglore, ex Dubai, Ex Sharjah pick and drop at the Singapore airport, visa service, hotel accommodation and local sightseeing in groups by A/C bus.

ii.    The exclusions from the above charges are all allied services viz room service, porter service etc. and all other charges not covered above such as on account of additional stay, travel/medical insurance and charges not covered under the air ticket and as per airline’s regulations are to be borne by the client .

iii.    We will take care of your Visa requirements when travelling to and from Singapore with packages booked through us. For this  the necessary documents such as 6 month valid passport, visa form complete in all respects, return confirmed air ticket with hotel booking confirmation and your I Tax returns for last 3 years should be submitted to us in time.

iv.    It is also clarified that the above rates are approximate per person rates for Indian passport holders and can vary based on the lowest airfare ticket available or the change in prevailing tax rates applicable at the time of booking. If because of any unforeseen circumstances the hotel as per package is not available then alternate similar grade accommodation will be arranged.  Any up gradation of hotel will be charged extra as per actual. All the sight visits not covered under the package will be charged extra. You will be governed by the standard check in and checkout timings of each hotel.

v.    No refunds are granted for partially utilised tickets or No Shows. After the confirmation of tour plans no amendment is allowed and any refunds on account of cancellation will be as per company rules. The decision to grant or to reject the visa will be at the discretion of the visa granting authority. No refunds are granted in case a person is not able to accompany the tour due to rejection of visa.
