Day 01: Transfer from Delhi to Chandigarh & Shimla (364km/9hrs)
Guest are received at New Delhi Airport/Railway Station and taken for 9 hour drive to Shimla. The route to Shimla is initially normal followed by the curvy mountain road. We provide necessary stoppage for lunch and tea on route to Shimla. On arrival at Shimla guest are assisted with the check-in formalities. The guest can spent their evening strolling down the city and get accustom to the climate. Have a relaxed dinner at hotel and retire to your room for overnight sleep.
Day 2: Half- day sightseeing tour of Shimla
After the breakfast at hotel, guests are taken for a half day sightseeing tour of Shimla. The tour is incorporated with the major attraction like Jakho Temple, Annadale, Taradevi Temple and later the Mall road.
Jakho Temple: This temple of Lord Hanuman, the most faithful aide to Lord Rama is located in the thick forests of Jakhu hills. The devotees need to cover a steep hill trek of around 2 kms to reach the temple which is 2.5 km from the Ridge and offers beautiful views of the Shivalik Mountains and the nearby town of Sanjauli. It is the highest peak in Shimla and gives shelter to countless playful monkeys which can be found waiting to be fed by visitors
Taradevi Temple: The Tara Devi Temple is a holy place located 11 km away from the Shimla Bus Stand. The Tara Devi Temple is situated at the top of a hill in Simla and the lush green environs surrounding it give the temple a very peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. It is positioned amid a thick forest of oak and rhododendron and offers scenic views of the lofty Himalayas surrounding the town.

After the early morning breakfast at the hotel guest are taken for the two and half drive to Rohtang Pass which I situated at about 13,000 ft above sea level and was served a prominent ancient trading route of silk yarn, indigo and pashmina. Guest is taken to Bhrigu lake Return to Manali and spent time in the local market .Have an overnight stay at the hotel in Manali after dinner at the hotel.
Rohtang Pass
Rohtang Pass is located at an altitude of 13,054 ft, approx 53 kms away from Manali on Manali -Leh highway in Northern India.
It serves as the gateway to Lahaul and Spiti valleys in Himachal Pradesh. The name Rohtang is derived from Tibetan language meaning ‘a heap of dead bodies’ due to the number of people who lost their lives trying to cross it in the past.
The Rohtang Pass is situated on the Pir Panjal Mountain Range of the Himalayas. Besides Lahaul and Spiti, Rohtang Pass also serves as the gateway to Pangi and Ladakh region. Like the Zojila Pass, Rohtang also serves as the gateway to Ladakh.
Day 5: Full day sightseeing tour of Manali with visit to Solang valley

Day 6: Transfer from Manali to Dharamshala (230 Kms / 6 hrs. approx.)

Day 7: Sightseeing of Dharamshala and Mcleodganj

Tibetan Institute of performing Arts: The Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts was founded by Tenzin Gyatso, the 14th Dalai Lama on reaching McLeod Ganj, Himachal Pradesh. The institute was founded on 11th August 1959, registered under the society Act XXI of 1860 Government of India. The institute was founded by the 14th Dalai Lama, Tenmzin Gyatso, and was earlier called Tibetan Music, Dance and Drama Society. It is one of the first institutes established by the Dalai Lama
Day 8: Departure from Dharamshala and check-in at Chandigarh (270 km/8 hrs)

By Flight: The nearest airport to Shimla is situated at Jubbarhatti, 22 kms from Shimla has regular flights from Delhi but due to bad weather conditions, flights may be irregular. The route offers a panoramic feast of the picturesque Himalayas from the Shivalik foot hills at Kalka to several important points such as Dharampur, Solan, Kandaghat, Taradevi, Barog, Salogra, Summerhill and Shimla. The Railway has 919 curves, the sharpest being 48 degrees. The journey takes about five-and a half hours to reach Shimla.
