Day 02: Dalhousie Site Seeing Tour
After breakfast you will proceed for famous siteseeings of Dalhousie which includes St. John’s Church, St. Francis Church, Subhash Baoli and Panjpulla.
St. John’s Church is situated at Gandhi Chowk, it was built in 1863 .The Church is built in Roman Catholic style but it belongs to Protestants.
St. Francis Church situated near Subhash Chowk was built in 1894 in accordance with the Church of England. It is a popular tourist spot. The magnificent glass work and stone embellishments on the walls of the church, makes it an irresistible place to visit.
Subhash Baoli is a perennial spring, named after the famous freedom fighter Subhash Chander Bose, who came here to regain his failing health in the year 1937.he is said to have lived in Dalhousie for 7 months and rejuvenated by the medicated water of this spring. This is a place for picnicking and to enjoy a gulp of the refreshing spring.
Panjpulla means five bridges. It is a picturesque spot with water flowing under the five small bridges A Samadhi of Sardar Ajit Singh, uncle of Bhagat Singh, adds to its importance. A small fresh water spring Satdhara is close by. There is also a water fall at Panjpulla.
Day 03: Dalhousie - Kalatop - Khajjiyar - Chamba (60 km / 2 hours)

Khajjiar is often referred to as "Mini-Switzerland of India" & "Gulmarg of Himachal Pradesh" The lush green meadows are surrounded by thick pine and cedar forests. Grazing herds of sheep, goats present a prefect pastoral scenery. There is a small lake in the center of the saucer shaped meadow which has in it a floating island.
Kalatop (wild-life sanctuary) is surrounded by dense pine and spruce forests and with a view of the snow capped Pir Panjal Range, and the velvety meadow of Khajjiar, the Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary is a gem of a tourist destination. The wildlife in the Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary abounds Ibex, deer, bears and leopards, but they mostly hideaway and rarely come out to the buffer areas. The sanctuary has well defined trekking trails and offers mind blowing view.
Chamba: Chamba town (915m) is about 50 Kms from Dalhousie and is located on the right bank of the river Ravi. It was a princely State & dates back to the sixth century. It is well known for its splendid architecture and a base for numerous excursions. There are several places tro visit in Chamba such as Laxmi Narayan temple,Hari Rai temple, The famous Chowgan, Akhand Chandi Palace, Bhuri Singh Museum-Treasure house of Chamba’s rich past.

Day 04: Chamba to Killar Over Sach pass (150 km / 6 hours)
Very early in the morning move to another pass know as saach pass but this time by taxi and experience the mountain jeep safari. Around 10:00 am we will reach on the top of saach pass. Stay for 30 minutes at top and then start again to Chamba by Satrundi and Kalaban. After a run 4 hrs reach Chamba and check into hotel for overnight.
Day 05: Killar to Pangi Valley & Relaxation (173 km / 4 hours)
After breakfast proceed for Pangi Valley which is the remotest and yet the most beautiful valley of Chamba district. Full of grandeur and tribal majesty is the land locked valley of Pangi. Pangi is 173 km from Chamba via Sach Pass (4414 m). It is one of the sub-division of Chamba district surrounded by the Peer Panjal & Zanskar ranges. Overnight stay in Pangi Valley.
Day 06: Pangi Valley Site Seeing
This morning after breakfast you will proceed for local siteseeing of Pangi valley which includes Det Nag Temple and Kassang Waterfalls. After some treking in Pangi Valley you will back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 07: Killar -Miyar Valley - Udaipur Himachal (80 km / 4 hours)
Early in the morning move to Udaipur. After reaching Udaipur visit Mirkla Mata Temple then Miyar Valley. Overnight stay in guest house at udaipur.
Day 08: Udaipur - Keylong (53 km / 2 hours)
After breakfast proceed to Keylong. Visit the famous Trilokinath temple in the route and experience the lauhal Valley. Overnight stay in guest house / Hotel at Kelong

Early in the morning move to Rotang Pass. A drive of 5 hrs will reach you top of Rohtang Pass. Excursion to Rohatang Pass. Situated at an altitude of 3979 mtrs above sea level and 51 kms outside Manali is the mighty Rohtang Pass. How to reach Dalhousie
By Air: The nearest airport Gaggal in Kangra district is 140 kms away.
By Rail : The nearest railway station is at Pathankot, 78 kms down in the plains. Pathankot can be reached from Delhi by train. From Pathankot there are buses and taxis that can transport you to Dalhousie.
By Road : A national highway links Dalhousie with Pathankot with regular state roadways and private buses plying on the route. Dalhousie is also connected by buses to Chamba, Dharamshala and Shimla. The arduous journey along steep winding mountain routes from Shimla and Dharamshala can get quite uncomfortable but is also incredibly scenic - so take your pick.

Nestling amidst lush green forests of deodar trees, the Dal Lake is famous for its scenic beauty and pilgrimage center.The area around Dal Lake is a natural paradise.Back to the hotel late evening.
