North East Glimpse Tour Package Itinerary :

Day 01: Guwahati Airport / Railway station - Hotel

Meet and greet on arrival at Railway station / Airport and transfer to Hotel. Check in at your hotel. Evening one hour cruise over River Brahmaputra. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 02: Guwahati - Tezpur / Bhalukpong (Approx 5 hours)

Early morning after breakfast check out from hotel. And transfer to Bhalukpong. Check in to the hotel. On arrival visit Nuranang WaterFalls at Jung, Sangti Valley. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay will be at Bomdila.

Day 03: Tezpur / Bhalukpong - Bomdila (Approx 5 hours)

Early morning after breakfast check out from hotel. And transfer to Bomdila. Check in to the hotel. On arrival visit Nuranang WaterFalls at Jung, Sangti Valley. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay will be at Bomdila.

Day 04: Bomdila - Tawang (Approx 6 hours)

After breakfast proceed to Tawang. Enroute visit Sela Pass, Jaswant Garh. On arrival check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 05: Tawang sightseeing

After breakfast visit Tawang Monstery, Namgye Lhaste, and PT.T. Tso, Gorsham Chorten, Gontse Garden, Singar Ani Gompa. Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 06: Tawang - Dirang (Approx 5 hours)

After breakfast proceed to Dirang. On arrival check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Dirang.

Day 07: Dirang – Nameri (About 06hrs approx)

After Breakfast transfer to Nameri. Check in the hotel on arrival. Overnight stay will be at Nameri.

Day 08: Nameri – Guwahati (About 05hrs approx)

After Breakfast transfer to Guwahati. Enroute visit 'Kalakshetra', a place where Assamese history and culture presents through Light and sound show. Check in the hotel on arrival. Overnight stay will be at Guwahati.

 
Day 09: Guwahati

After breakfast visit Kamakhya Temple, etc. Transfer to Guwahati airport for onward journey.

•  Air Fare/Train fare. 
•  Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, porterage.
•  Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary. 
•  Elephant and Jeep Safari in Kaziranga National Park.
•  Entrance Fees & Guide charges. 
•  Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot). 
•  Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. 
•  Service Tax. 
•  Insurance. 
•  Anything which is not include in the inclusion.

Child Policy:-

 Child Below 5 yrs complimentary 
 Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mention in cost column (CNB = Child no Bed)
 Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are same & charged as per (EPSR)

Inner Line Permit is required for entry to Arunachal Pradesh. Please send us 2 passport size photographs, Kindly scan and send us Photo identity proof & Address proof of each person including child. We require at least 10 official days for processing the documents (ILP office remains closed on Saturday-Sunday).

The rates quoted in the packages are on per person basis & valid for Indian nationals Till 31 December 2013 (High seasons surcharge will be applicable from 20Dec - 04Jan).

About Vehicle:-

• We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages. 
• A/c Indica for 1-3 Pax. 
• A/c Sumo  for 4-6 pax.
• Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Bolero for 4-6 pax including child.
• Extra Vehicle cost will be applicable for more than 06 Pax.
• If guest are booked for luxury vehicle Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Bolero will be provided as per availibility.

Important :-

1.) Check-in 13:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
2.) The guest should always keep  cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
3.) As there is shortage of space for car parking in the entire Assam, Meghalaya & Arunachal region – guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers.
4.) We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive. 
5.) On arrival of guests we will provide them with local contact numbers of our executive, who will handle the entire operation.
6.) If any tourist spot do not complete for closing day & if they want to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
7.) Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
8.) Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly (Except at Premium & Luxury Packages)
9.) Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear it with candle light.
10.) Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to deluxe /super deluxe rooms.

Transfers:- 

Transfer from Guwahati Airport / Guwahati Railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs. 
In unavoidable circumstances the guest may have to stay back at Guwahati at an additional cost. 
If there is any early / midnight arrival at Guwahati railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their security that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 6:00 a.m. 
Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours atleast.

Essentials:- 

Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter and light woolens during summer, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses.
Advice guest to bring heavy woolens if traveling to Arunachal & Meghalaya as this area is cold through out the year.
