Hadimba Devi Temple: Manali has many attractions but the main centre of interest, historically and archeologically, is undoubtedly the Hadimba Temple. This temple dedicated to goddess Hadimba or Hadimba Devi with a finely wrought four - tiered pagoda roof, dating back to 1553, is built around a natural cave, which enshrines the footprints of the goddess Hadimba. Hadimba was the wife of Bhima, one of the five great Pandava brothers of the Mahabharata, and later became the patron goddess of the Kullu. This four story wooden temple is located in the middle of a forest called the Dhungiri Van Vihar.
Monastries: Manali also houses three Tibetan monasteries, that have been built recently. There are three recently built Tibetan monasteries at Manali. The Tibetans living around these Monasteries in Manali offer a vide range of Tibetan Handicrafts and Carpets to the visitors to buy. Two of these Monasteries are located in the main down-town of Manali and one Monastery in Aleo. Aleo is located on the Left Bank of River Beas in Manali.

Rohtang Pass: Rohtang Pass is 51 kms from Manali. Located at a height of 3980 Mtrs, on highway to Keylong/Leh. Triund is situated on a ridge with a beautiful view of whole kangra valley on one side and Dhauladhar mountain range on the other. Night stay in a tents or private guest houses.

St. John Church: This peaceful church is built amid the picturesque valley of Mcleodganj and is located about 8 kms away from Dharamshala. The church lies in a dense jungle between Mcleodganj and Forsythganj and is a monument dedicated to Lord Elgin, one of the viceroys of India, who died at Chauntra (Mandi district) and was buried here in 1863 A.D. This classic church, which has a Christian cemetery surrounding it, has lovely glass windows and boost amazing architectural design. Solang Valley: Solang Valley in Manali is located at a distance of 13 kms in a side valley at the top of the Kullu valley is a splendid valley between Solang village and Beas Kund. Jagatsukh Temple: Jagatsukh, which is 6 km from Manali, in Himachal Pradesh. Perched at an altitude of 2036 metres above the sea level,the water in these springs, as it comprises of mica, known as 'Gandhak' in local language. Bakrota Hills: This is the highest area in Dalhousie and is circled by a road called Bakrota. The area is surrounded with deodar trees and hills all around. This place is ideal for strolls and to look around and enjoy the sceneries.

Khajjiar lake: Khajjiar Lake is located in Khajjiar in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh at a height of around 1,920 m above sea level between Dalhousie and Chamba Town. The lake takes its name from Khajji Nag and it is located in a huge grassy landscape, with evergreen cedar trees surrounding it from all sides.
Kalatop wildlife sanctuary: The Kalatop Wildlife landscapes are thickly covered with Deodar trees interspersed with little streams flowing into the Ravi river. Tehri lake: Tehri lake is just 20 minutes drive from Chamba at the meeting point of rivers Bhagirathi and Bhilangana. It hailed as the world's fifth largest lake.
Surkanda Devi Temple: This attractive temple is located from 22 km off Chamba at 2757 m above sea level is a Shaktipeeth temple believed to be consecrated where a body part of Goddess Sati landed. An annual Ganga Dussera festival is held here between May and June.
