Bangalore
- Vidana Soudha: It is an immensely fascinating landmark built in the year 1954. Exhibiting the neo-Dravidian architectural grandeur, it is embellished with four dooms in its four corners. Housing the Legislative Chamber of the Government of Karnataka, and accommodating several other government departments, is a massive structure, and it looks indescribably stunning when illuminated at night.
- Attara Kacheri (High Court): It is a two-storied building built in Gothic style during the reign of the King Tipu Sultan in the year 1867. Located at the Cubbon Park’s entrance, it accommodates the High Court and the other lower courts as well.
- Lalbagh Botanical Garden: spread in the sprawling area of about 240 acres, it embraces the rarest species of tropical and subtropical plants and trees. The glass house built here looks almost like London’s Crystal Palace. Started by Hyder Ali in the 17th century, this garden was given the final touch by his son Tipu Sultan.
- Lalbagh: It is a lush green paradise located in the central part of the city. It envelops the area of about 300 acres, and has been named after Sir Mark Cubbon, the erstwhile Commissioner of the city of Bangalore. Appareled with exotic and indigenous trees and plant, it also houses a wide range of colorful flowers and plants. Highly alluring to the joggers, walkers, and nature lovers; it offers ample of space of loiter around in the bosom of the Mother Nature.
- Bangalore Palace: Immensely inspired by England’s Windsor Castle, Chamaraja Wodeyar built this palace in the year 1887. Built in Tudor style architecture, it exhibits the elegant wooden carvings and the arresting green lawns.
- Tipu Sultan’s Palace and Fort: Originally, this palace was built in mud by Chikkadeva Raya. Later on Hyder Ali reconstructed in Indo Islamic architectural style. However, this was rendered the finishing touch by Hyder Ali’s son Tipu Sultan, and is hence known as Tipu Sultan’s Palace. The Hindu Temple surrounded by the fort reflects the religious fervor of the King Tipu Sultan.
- Ulsoor Lake: Constructed by Kempegowda II, Ulsoor Lake is spread over an area of about 125 acres. For the boaters and swimmers, it is no less than a paradise.
- Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium: Founded in the year 1989, it is a planetarium where the students and the public can learn a lot about astronomy. Except Mondays, the shows are organized here every day.
- Crazy Water Amusement Park: Situated on Bannerghatta Main Road, this amusement park is located amidst the rocky landscape, and it offers immense excitements and thrills.
- Government Museum: Established in 1865, it embraces the rare collections of geological and archaeological artifacts such as the old inscriptions, coins, sculptures, and jewelry, etc. Also, the earliest Kannada inscriptions dating back to 450 AD can be seen here.

- Raja’s Seat: It is a place where the kings of Coorg with their consorts used to sit and watch the sunsets. Rendering a breathtaking view of the deep green valleys and towering hills, Raja’s Seat is considered to be one of the most arresting and scenic locations in the whole of South India. The garden set around Raja’s Seat by the government further escalates the magnificence of this place.
- Omkareshwara Temple: Built in the year 1820 by Lingarajendra II, it exhibits the Muhammadan style of architecture. As the legend unfolds, the king built this temple to appease the spirit of a Brahmin who was unjustly put to death by the king. The inscribed history of the temple can be seen on the hanging copper plate at the entrance of the temple.
- Abbi Falls: It is located at about five kilometers’ drive from the main town. Known for its wonderfully cascading water, and the lush greenery around, it is the most popular waterfall in and around Coorg. The exotic view of this waterfall is highly fascinating to the tourists, and especially for the nature lovers.
- Gaddige: The tombs of Dodda Virajendra and Lingrajendra II are the well know historical monuments at Gaddige. Commemorating the bravery of the king and the commander in chief of the Coorg army, it is one of the highly frequented places in Coorg. The whole of the structure here exhibits the architectural beauty of Muhammadan style.
- Talacauvery & Bhagamandala: Located at a distance of about 44 kilometers from Madikeri, Talacauvery is the birthplace of the river Cauvery. Every year, the gushes out of a small pond here at a predetermined time. It is located on the Brahmagiri Hill’s slope. Besides being a pilgrimage center, it is also well known for its captivating natural beauty.
- Cauvery Nisargdhama: Located at a distance of 2 KM from Kushalanagar Town, Nisargdhama is an island that is surrounded by the river Cauvery. Spread in a sprawling area of about 64 acres, it can be accessed through a hanging bridge. The thick foliage of teak trees, sandalwood trees and the bamboo groves escalate the lush green surroundings of the islands to far greater heights. The deer park and the children’s park also increase its place as a tourist attraction. The visitors can enjoy elephant ride, and boating as well.
- Byle Kuppe: Byle Kuppe is located near Kushalanagar. It is a huge Tibetan settlement in South India. The Buddhist monasteries such a the Namdroling, Sera Mey and the Great Compa of Sera Je are worth watching. Also, the Mahayana Buddhist university is located at Sera. The seat of the Panchen Lama is also highly attractive. The gold coated Buddhist statues are a great wonder to visit.

After breakfast, you will drive for Coorg. On the way to Coorg, you will visit the Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement and Golden Temple. On arrival to Coorg, you will check-in to the hotel and take a rest. In the evening, you will be free to have your own individual activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04
After breakfast in the morning, you will start the tour to the attractions in Coorg. The hotspots such as the Nagarhole National Park, Madikeri Fort, Iruppu Falls, Raja’s Seat, Omkareshwara Temple, and Abbey Falls etc will be covered. Day 07
This will be the end of the tour. After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel. As per your convenience, you can go to Kozhikode Airport or Kozhikode Railway station to return homeward. Also, you can take the trains from Thalassery, Kannur, and Mysore as per your convenience.
