Maharana Pratap Smarak: - It is an accomplishment of the efforts of Maharana Bhagwat Singh Mewar with the aid of a public trust in the year 1651. Maharana Pratap smarak comprises of a bronze statue of Rajput Hero Maharana Pratap riding on his loyal and favourite horse "Chetak".
Day 02: Udaipur to Baneshwar, Dungarpur (116 km/ 3 hours)

About Baneshwar fair
Baneshwar Fair is a five days event starting from Shukla ekadeshi of Magh month, as per the Hindu calendar. This is the unique and biggest tribal fair of the country that attracts lakhs of devotees. This fair is organized partly by the tribal community in the state. It reflects their customs and traditions the name "Baneshwar" came from the "shivlinga" of the Mahadev Temple in the region where the fair takes place presently. The tribes called "Bhils" celebrate the festival with pomp and show. Every year the fair is held from Magh Ekadasha to Magh Purnima. The natural scenery here is worth watching. The fair is at its climax on Purnima. Over ten lakh people take bath in these waters on this day.
How to reach Udaipur
