Australia Honeymoon Package: Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Sydney

On arrival at Sydney airport you will transfer to hotel and check-in. Rest of the day free at your leisure or you may go for a romantic show boat dinner cruise (Optional). Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Sydney – Afternoon Bondi Beach & Sydney Sights

After breakfast at the hotel join your coach at Sydney Harbour Marriott, 30 Pitt Street to commence an afternoon Bondi Beach & Sydney Sights tour.  Tour through the historic Rocks area and take in views of the Opera House, Hyde Park, St Mary’s Cathedral, Parliament House and the Art Gallery.  Stop at Mrs Macquarie’s Chair for magnificent views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge and see the colourful Royal Botanic Gardens.  Visit The Gap to enjoy the stunning views.  Stop at the world famous Bondi Beach then rejoin the coach for the return journey to Sydney travelling through Paddington and the exclusive Eastern Suburbs. Tour concludes at approximately 5.45pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Blue Mountains with Australia Wildlife

After beakfast at the hotel and discover the spectacular Blue Mountains and see native wildlife Explore World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park.

Next enjoy an afternoon encounter at Feather dale Wildlife Park and have your photo taken with a cuddly koala, see kangaroos, wombats, dingoes and cute little fairy penguins. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Sydney – Hamilton Island by flight

After post breakfast transfer to airport for your flight to Hamilton Island. On arrival transfer to hotel for check-in. Day free for leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5: Hamilton Island: Great Barrier Reef Adventure – Ex Hamilton Island

Post breakfast you may opt an optional tour Board your Cruise Whitsundays Reef vessel at Hamilton Island Marina to commence a full day Great Barrier Reef Adventure. Cruise through the Whitsunday Islands enroute to Hardy Reef where you spend over 3 hours on the reef pontoon. The pontoon offers undercover seating and tables, sun decks, freshwater showers and changing rooms. There are a range of activities available including an underwater viewing chamber, semi-submersible rides for coral viewing and full use of snorkelling equipment and wetsuits, as well as presentations by reef experts. Optional activities are also available including onboard massage service, certified and introductory scuba diving and helicopter scenic flights (all optional activities at own expense). Enjoy lunch on board. Cruise concludes at approximately 5.00pm at Hamilton Island Marina.

Day 6: Hamilton  - Brisbane by flight & transfer to Gold coast Hotel

On arrival at Brisbane airport you will be transferred to Gold coast hotel on seat in coach basis for check-in evening free for leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7: Gold Coast (Sea World)

After breakfast you will visit for full day tour to Sea world: A visit to Australia’s No.1 tourist attraction. Marvel at the dolphin and sea lion aquatic show. See divers hand feed sharks, stingrays and gropers. Visit the 3D theater to view the new “Pirates” movie and enjoy the dozens of thrilling rides including the famous Corkscrew. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Gold Coast (Movie World)

Breakfast at hotel then full day visit to Movie world: Stunt Shows, special effect stages and adventures in the 4th dimension. See your favourite Looney Tune cartoon characters and tour through a live working film studio. Experience “Lethal Weapon” – the ride, marvel at the Maverick illusion and magic show and take the thrilling . Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: Transfer to Brisbane Airport - Melbourne by flight

After breakfast at the hotel you will transfer to the airport for the flight to Melbourne where you will be met & transferred to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Melbourne – Half Day city tour

After breakfast at the hotel discover the charm of Melbourne. You will visit Captain Cook’s Cottage, Queen Victoria Market, Fitzroy Gardens and Albert Park, home to the Australian Grand Prix. Stroll the Royal Botanic Gardens, see the Royal Exhibition Buildings and Federation Square. Visit the Shrine of Remembrance and see the Southbank waterfront precinct. See some of the city’s architecture including St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Princess and Regent theatres. Cross the Bolte Bridge for great city views.

Day 11: Melbourne – Phillip Island Penguins & Wildlife

After breakfast at the hotel you will visit Warrook Farm, a working cattle property and enjoy the opportunity to feed kangaroos and other farm animals. At Phillip Island visit the Koala Conservation Centre and see koalas along an elevated boardwalk. View the Nobbies, home to one of Australia’s largest fur seal populations. See the seaside town of Cowes and the Visitors Information Centre. At dusk, enjoy the ‘Penguin Parade’ and see penguins make their way to their burrows. Dinner is at own expense. Warm waterproof clothing is recommended. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: Departs from Melbourne

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the Melbourne Airport for your flight.
