Dibru Saikhowa National Park is one of the 19 (nineteen) biodiversity hotspots in the world. Best time to visit Arunachal Pradesh
The best time to visit Arunachal Pradesh is between Octobers to June. May and October are the best months for trekkers. The climate is highly hot and humid at the lower altitudes and in the valleys covered by swampy dense forests particularly in the eastern section. Winters however allow a drop till 1-3 degree Celsius, and you may have to let the snowfall plan your schedule for you.

Dong: Dong valley, which is the easternmost village of India, is the first to receive the rising sun’s rays every morning. The location of Dong is strategic being on the tri-junction of three countries namely, India, Myanmar and China. You would love the spectacular views Dong has to offer after a wonderful trekking.
Glow Lake: Glow Lake is set in a picturesque landscape with snow-capped mountains on the backdrop and lush greenery around. Situated in Wakro circle, the nearest road point is near Twam village on Chongkham-Wakro road from where one has to start trekking for the lake. Apart from Glow Lake, you can also visit the "Parshuram Kund," located nearby.
Parasuram Kunda: Parasuram Kunda attracts visitors for its religious significance and stunning landscape. Surrounded by majestic mountains, Parasuram Kunda has been referred to in ancient literature. A temple dedicated to Lord Parasuram is situated here.
Hawa Camp: Hawa Camp is a natural halt for nature lovers. Situated 33 km away from Tezu, Hawa Camp offers mind-blowing views of Lohit Valley. Tourists frequent this place to watch spectacular views of sunrise and sunset.
About Dehing Patkai wildlife sanctuary
Dehing Patkai, is the only rainforest in Assam. It is a sanctuary with an area of 111.19[1] km2 located in the Dibrugarh and Tinsukia Districts of Assam. The Sanctuary with an area of 111.19 Sq. Kms. is located in Dibrugarh and Tinsukia districts and is famous for Assam Valley Tropical Wet Evergreen Forests bordering Arunachal Pradesh. The Sanctuary is a part of the Dehing-Patkai Elephant Reserve having the World War II cemeteries nearby, along with the Stillwell Road and the oldest refinery of Asia in Digboi and ‘open cast’ coal mining at Lido. The Dehing Patkai Wild Life Sanctuary has been a source of endless enchanted natural beauties, which the districts of Tinsukia and Dibrugarh of Assam may proudly announce as their own. Being one of the 17 wildlife sanctuaries of Assam, this jewel of North East India is a treasure trove of amazing species of flora and fauna including many a number of endangered species of fauna, avifauna, and flora, a major portion of which is still yet unexplored.
