from 1st April 2009, the Singapore High Commission does not accept any personal applications. All the applications will be submitted by means of a latest electronic visa application system (e-Visa)that permits visas to be made online. Visa Application Forms

The Singapore Tourist form has to be completed by all the applicants known as 14A and the entire form has to be filled vigilantly and with utmost care. The Singapore visa application forms are absolutely free of charge and can be downloaded from any authorized visa agents or Singapore Overseas Missions. Appropriately signed and completed Form 14A;

Passport with atleast 6 months validity from the date of departure to Singapore and all the formalities regarding the passport duly completed.
1 latest passport sized colored photograph mentioned in the form which should be 35mm in width and 44 mm in length and it should be absolutely clear. 
The Singapore Visa Fees for each application is approximately $30 and is non refundable. For the payment you have to choose the online mode as Master/ Visa, both credit and debit card are accepted. The authorized service agents charge extra fees of Rs 300 for every visa application.

Generally the visa is processed in 1 working day, once the application is submitted by the renowned visa agent. Do not include weekends, day of submission and national holidays. All the tourists who are applying for visa must meet up the requirements like holding a suitable passport, adequate funds for the time of hang about in Singapore and ticket for the onward destination.
