11. Kanha National Park - Madhya Pradesh

Kanha Tiger Reserve, also called Kanha National Park, is one of the tiger reserves of India and the largest national park of Madhya Pradesh, state in the heart of India.  The national park is being popularized as the Tiger reserve and interestingly is being declared as one of the finest wildlife areas in the world. Spreading across two revenue districts the Mandala and the Kalaghat, the Park received the status of the national park in the year 1955, and was formed as the Kanha Tiger Reserve in the year 1974 under Project Tiger.
