Stage 2: Take the Right turn from here for Bijnor-kiratpur 16 kms, Najibabad 17 kms, Kotdwara 25 kms, Dogadda 15 Kms. 
Stage 3: 2 kms from Doggada there is a T Junction. Take the RIGHT Turn on the Lansdowne road (the left tu
rn goes to Pauri).

By Air: Jolly Grant Airport is the nearest Airport to Lansdowne situated at a distance of 148kms. Jolly Grant Airport is well connected to Delhi with daily flights. Lansdowne is well connected by motorable roads with Jolly Grant Airport. Taxis are available from Jolly Grant Airport to Lansdowne.

By Rail: The nearest railhead to Lansdowne is Kotdwar situated at a distance 40 kms. Kotdwar is well connected by railway networks with major cities of India. The main deity is Lord Shiva and many devotees visit this ancient temple to offer prayers and it is believed that the offerings here makes the wishes of the devotees be fulfilled. Kanvashram, a sacred ashram located near Lansdowne hill station, is a gateway to Puri, the most sought temple town in India. A spectacular attraction nearby is the famous Malini River flowing near to this Ashram. This ashram bears mythological importance related to the Sage Kanvan. It is the nearest hill station from Delhi and can be reached from Delhi by either road or train. The nearest railway station is Kotdwara at a distance of 41 km situated an elevation of only 370 m. Since Lansdowne is more than 1,500 m higher than Kotdwara, the drive from Kotdwara to Lansdowne is quite steep and scenic.


The other and better route to reach Lansdowne is from Delhi via Meerut , Bijnore, Najibabad, Kotdwar and on to Lansdowne. It saves about 50KM and the road quality is also good all the way to Kotdwar baring a few patches.
