Itinerary during the Retreat Program

Day 1
Arrive at New Delhi International airport – you will be met at the airport and be transported by Inova AC Toyota (luxury jeeps) to Banjar Valley. On the way we will stop for breakfast and lunch.
Upon arrival you will have time to settle in to your room and relax. Dinner

 

Day 2
Morning Yoga followed by Breakfast, Free time after breakfast, Lunch + Cooking class, Dinner and Evening discussion.

 

Day 3
Morning Yoga, Breakfast, Theory, Lunch, Cooking class and Dinner.

 

Day 4
Morning Yoga, Breakfast, Theory, Lunch, Cooking class, Dinner and Evening discussion.

 

Day 5
Morning Yoga, Breakfast, Day hike with pack lunch to Chaihni Fort and Dinner.

 

Day 6
Morning Yoga, Breakfast, Jeep safari to Manikaren Hot springs in Parvati Valley and Return in time for dinner.

 

Day 7
Breakfast, Leave for Crystal Mountain - 2 night trek – medium to easy. This is a stunning trek that includes: stunning views of the Great Himalayan National Park, visit to the Crystal Mountain mines, lakes, thick forests, temples and villages as well as bird watching and wild herb foraging…

 

Day 8
Trek continues

 

Day 9
We arrive back from our trek in the evening in time for dinner.

 

Day 10
Morning Yoga + Brunch, Sweat lodge ceremony, Cooking class, Dinner and Reflections and discussion.

 

Day 11
Morning Yoga + Breakfast, Nature walk around Village, Lunch + Cooking class, Dinner and Party!

 

Day 12
Morning Yoga + Breakfast, Lunch, Free time, Dinner and then Inova AC Toyota (luxury jeep) transport to Chandigarh.

 

Day 13
Arrive in Chandigarh in the early morning and take the train to Delhi,  Transport to hotel and Free day to rest or sightsee and shop.

 

Day 14
Check – out and Transport to the New Delhi International airport. What to bring for the trek:     Sleeping bag – if you don’t have one let us know and we’ll see if there is one available for hire,    Sturdy hiking shoes with good soles, Flash light, Comfortable clothes for walking – we suggest cotton shirts and trousers – the sun is intense as you go high in the mountains so it is good to keep your body lightly covered, Sweater, scarf, warm socks, thin long underwear – top and bottom (to wear under lighter clothing for warmth in the evenings is handy), Hat and sunglasses, Sunscreen, Day pack,  camera, Price 975.00 Euro.
