It is spread in an area of 12 acres and is presently being run as a heritage hotel. It also comprises vegetation of mango, lychee, plum, and citrus along with exotic trees of camphor, clove, and cardamom. This country manor also uses milk from a dairy owned by it, situated in its premises. Its water supply is brought exclusively from an ancestral mountain spring. The place also preserves the green produced from the orchards.

Butail Mandir : The Butail Niwas of Pragpur is a century old building made with a blend of colonial and north Indian architecture. This building was built by Lala Buta Mal, who was a scion of the popular Chaujjar Sood clan. This place comprises six identical apartments which he built for his six sons. These apartments lie around a sunken courtyard. During peak summers, the courtyard of this building is flooded with water brought from Butails  to provide cooling to the place.

The Masroor Rock Cut Temple: Masroor Rock Cut Temple is known as Himalayan Pyramid and is a complex of temples which is located in Masroor Kangra Valley. It is now known as 'Thakurwada', meaning "Vaishnavite temples". It is a complex of monolithic rock cut temples, in shikhara (raising tower) style of classical Indian architectural style.

The Taal: The Taal is a small pond of water that dates back before 1868 and is situated in the heart of the Pragpur village. The pond is surrounded by several heritage structures that provide an amazing backdrop for the followers of abstract photography. It is a famous picnic spot and can be visited with friends and family.

Courtyards of the Sood Clans: The Sood mansions and sarais are easily accessible from Pragpur. The Sood mansions are located in a very pleasant area. Nakki: This is the one of the entrances to Heritage Village Pragpur. Since ancient times, the Rerumal family provided a water point for common use, the overflow of which falls into small tanks where the village people bathed and washed.

These are the twin townships carrying the heritage of Guler Riyasat. A river separates the two towns which further make Pong wetland and a Ramsar Wetalnd Site which are home to a large number of migratory birds in winters because of marshes and the presence of irrigated private land.

Dehra Village Tour : Dehra is a small Village/hamlet in Kangra Tehsil in Kangra District of Himachal Pradesh State. It comes under Dehra Arla Panchayath. It is located 17 KM towards South from District head quarters Dharamsala. Dehra Town is so alluring and it could become one of the most famous place among the historical place and it can also develop itself through various channels of development like National level Fairs, crafting etc. there is an ancient Pandav temple is the oldest temple in the town aging from the time of Mahabharata.

 

Judge's Court: Pragpur is home to a country manor, designed in Indo-European tradition called the Judge’s Court. This structure was constructed in 1918 out of the vision of Justice Sir Jai Lal. It is spread in an area of 12 acres and is presently being run as a heritage hotel. It also comprises vegetation of mango, lychee, plum, and citrus along with exotic trees of camphor, clove, and cardamom. This country manor also uses milk from a dairy owned by it, situated in its premises. Its water supply is brought exclusively from an ancestral mountain spring. The place also preserves the green produced from the orchards.

 

 

After breakfast drive to Dharamshala and check into hotel. Have lunch later visit for local sightseeing of Dharamshala which includes Dalai lama temple, Dal lake, Bhagsu nag temple, St. John church and Naddi view point. (May have lunch at enroute restaurant)

Dal Lake: The name 'Dal Lake' is taken from Kashmir's Dal Lake situated at is a small mid-altitude lake near the village of Tota Rani in Kangra district (Himachal Pradesh) in northern India.Situated at a height of 1775m above sea-level, Dal Lake comes under the region of Kangra district, which is 11 km away from Dharamshala. Nestling amidst lush green forests of deodar trees, the Dal Lake is famous for its scenic beauty and pilgrimage center.

Bhagsu nag temple: The temple of Bhagsunag is dedicated to Lord Shiva of Hindu religious. This ancient temple is located 2 kms away from Mcleodganj. This is a beautiful and famous ancient temple of Lord Shiva with full of natural scenes having a cold running water tank and springs.

Naddi view point: Situated At 2,000 meters above the sea level and about 1.5 kilometers from Dal Lake a modern picnic spot is developing fast at Naddi. It is the only place in Dharamshala from where an open view of mountains and wide valleys on Dhauladhars southern side can be seen. It is also a starting point for a trek to Kareri lake, Guna Temple and Triund.

Dalai Lama temple: The Dalai Lama temple is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in Himachal Pradesh. It is just a short walk from the McLeod Ganj bus stand and is quite accessible from the major parts of the district. The whole vicinity is decorated with colorful prayer flags and this makes it perfect for long serene walks. You will find a lot of good statues and the atmosphere is something which lures people to come back again and again. The sight of monks meditating peacefully and chanting verses is something that everyone must experience.

Triund : The Triund Hill Station is a part of Dharamkot. Situated at the foot of the Dhauladhar ranges and is at a height of 2,828 m. Triund is a small hill in the Kangra district in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India. Actually it is a place perfect for trekking with amazing trails offering scenic views of the entire Kangra valley. A trek to Triund is short and simple. It can be done from either McLeodganj or Dharamkot, which is 2km ahead of McLeodganj.

Dharamkot: The hill station is around 4 km from Triund, a famous place in the kangra district. You can easily find public transport facilities to take you up to there. Dharamkot is a place for all the hill station lovers. It is a small hill station located in the Kangra district just above McLeod Ganj. The elevation of the hill station is around 2827m. McLeod Ganj: The nearest airport to the city is Gaggal Airport which is around 15 km from Dharamshala. You will find the nearest railway station at Kangra which is 20 KM south from Dharamshala.
