Day 01: Arrived at Gwalior airport or railway station

Tansen was a great follower and a student of the sufi saint, Mahammaed Ghaus who taught him Hindustani classical music and several raagas. Day 04: Local siteseeings of Orchha

After breakfast and get ready you will visit few more places of Orchha which includes Chaturbhuj temple, Orchha's fort and having lunch in a nearest restaurant later you will visit Jhansi fort and  Laxmi narayan temple in the evening back to hotel . Overnight stay in Orchha

 

 

Chaturbhuj Temple: Chaturbhuj temple was constructed by the famous Bundela Rajput kings in the 17th century.  It is said that the particular site of the temple was decided upon by the king to enable him to see god Krishna from the balcony of his palace.

Sonagiri jain temple sacred place is popular among devotees & ascetic saints to practice for self discipline, austerity and to attain Nirvana the time of Bhagwan Chandraprabhu (The 8th Teerthankar), five and a half of ascetic saints have achieved salvation from here Sonagiri which literally means, "the golden peak" is a place sacred to Digambar Jains. The samavsharan of Bhagwan Chandraprabhu had come here for seventeen times. Nang, Anang, Chintagati, Pooranchand, Ashoksen, Shridatta and many other saints achieved salvation from here. This is the unique place known as Laghu Sammed Shikhar covering the area of 132 acres of two hills. The King Nanganag Kumar achieved liberation from the cycles of death and life along with his fifteen million followers. There are several white Jain temples scattered around Sonagiri. There are seventy seven beautiful Jain temples in hills and twenty six temples in village. The temple number fifty seven on the hill is the main temple. This temple has attra-ctive artistic spire. In this temple the principal deity is Lord Chandraprabhu, eleven feet in height. Two other beautiful idols of Lord SheetalNath and Parsvnath are installed
