Day 08: Bandhavgarh National Park (Morning & Evening Safari)

Your will get awake with an early morning wake call at 4:30 AM. Time to leave for the Gypsy Safari by 5:30 AM with a target to reach the gates by 6:00 AM. You will be served with a cup of tea before departure for your first jungle safari to the Bandhavgarh national park. The morning safari has a unique charm and ensures goof sitings of animals as well as fresh jungle life flora and fauna. Breakfast will be served at 9:00 AM in the Jungle Camp, followed by another round of tour till 11:00 AM. After morning safari return to the resort for rest and Lunch..

After lunch we will again depart on Afternoon Gypsy Safari to Bandhavgarh National Park for wildlife viewing. Afternoon safari starts from the gate at 03:00 PM and continues till sunset. Day 03: Delhi to Gwalior (350 km / 7 hour)

After post breakfast you will proceed for Gwalior which is 350 km away and between you will stop for lunch in any good restaurant on the highway. After lunch yoy will reach Gwalior and checkin to hotel. In the evening you will visit Gwalior fort, Sun Temple, Memorial Of Tansen and Jai Vilas Palace Museum. Overnight stay in Gwalior.
 

Gwalior Fort: Gwalior Fort is located onto an isolated rock in Gwalior district of the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh; the geographical coordination for this place is 26.2303°N 78.1689°E. Tt is known to be a biggest fort in the country, The name of this place ‘Gwalior’ is said to have derived from a saint name called ‘Galava’. There is a tail that once a king named Suraj Sen affected to a malady known as leprosy, had been cured by saint Galava, who used the water of Suraj Kund “Sun Tank” located near to the fort. 

 

Sun Temple: Surya Mandir, Gwalior is one of the important destinations in the historical city of Gwalior. Well revered among the Holy Places in Gwalior, Surya Mandir in Gwalior in India is thronged by numerous pilgrims and regular tourists every year. Sun Temple in Gwalior is an exact replica of the famous Sun Temple of Konark, Orissa. It is a famous pilgrimage spot in Gwalior, dedicated to the Sun God. It is situated near the residency of Morar and is one of the newly built temples in the city. 

 

 

Day 04: Gwalior to Orchha  (125 km / 2.5 hours)

At early morning after the breakfast you will travel for Orchha. Check in hotel takes rest then proceed for sightseeing visit of Orchha (Raj Mahal, Ram Raja Temple, Phool Bagh, Laxminarayan Temple, Sunder Mahal). In evening come back to hotel and Night stay in Orchha.

Day 05: Orchha to Khajuraho (172 km / 4 hours)

After post breakfast drive 4 hours to Khajuraho and checkin to Hotel. After lunch you will visit for siteseeing of Khajuraho i.e. Raneh Fall, Laxmana Temple, Vishwanath Temple & Kandariya Mahadev Temple. In the evening go for Light & Sound show at Khajuraho Temples. Dinner and overnight stay in Khajuraho

Lakshmana Temple: Lakshmana Temple is a huge stone temple which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The east facing temple is famous for housing more than 600 images of gods and goddesses of the Hindu religion. The temple is beautifully decorated with patterns of elephants and horsemen carrying out parade and there is a small idol in every corner.

 

Vishwanath Temple: Vishwanath temple in Khajuraho is famous for the beautifully carved sculptures of Shivlinga and idol of Lord Brahma. This temple is considered to be a UNESCO world heritage site constructed in 11th century. Another attraction of the temple is a 6 ft high Nandi bull, which is placed on top of a platform.

 

The Kandariya Mahadev temple: The Kandariya Mahadev temple dedicated to lord Shiva is considered to be a UNESCO World Heritage site. This temple is the biggest of all the other temple on the western part of Khajuraho. The mesmerizing looks of the temple and 900 awesomely carved sculptures implies the rich culture of Madhya Pradesh to the visitors.

 

 

Day 06: Khajuraho to Panna National Park (45 km / 1.5 hours)

After breakfast proceed for Panna National park which is known worldwide for its wild cats, including tigers as well as deer and antelope and checkin to resort. After post lunch you will go for evening jungle safari from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Then back to Resort and enjoy delicious dinner and overnight stay in Panna

 

 

Day 07: Panna to Bandhavgarh National Park (180 km / 4 hours)

After breakfast you will drive 5 hours to Bandhavgarh National Park and checkin to hotel. Enjoy the day at you leisure or you can enjoy indoor activities in the resort.

Day 08: Bandhavgarh National Park (Morning & Evening Safari)

Your will get awake with an early morning wake call at 4:30 AM. Time to leave for the Gypsy Safari by 5:30 AM with a target to reach the gates by 6:00 AM. You will be served with a cup of tea before departure for your first jungle safari to the Bandhavgarh national park. The morning safari has a unique charm and ensures goof sitings of animals as well as fresh jungle life flora and fauna. Breakfast will be served at 9:00 AM in the Jungle Camp, followed by another round of tour till 11:00 AM. After morning safari return to the resort for rest and Lunch..

After lunch we will again depart on Afternoon Gypsy Safari to Bandhavgarh National Park for wildlife viewing. Afternoon safari starts from the gate at 03:00 PM and continues till sunset. Afternoon safari has a distinct charm as most of the animals come to water holes for water, Afternoon safari can make up if you lost ant chances in morning safari. During both safari's Forest Guide cum spotter also joins from the entru gate.

Return to the resort by late evening.

In the evening, Wildlife Documentary show on Bandhavgarh and its Tigers as well as flora, Fauna. Also discussion on sustainable tourism in Bandhavgarh. Spend time in the library.

Dinner and overnight stay at wildlife resort.

 

 

Day 09: Bandhavgarh National Park to Jabalpur (190 km / 4 hours)

After breakfast you will proceed for Jabalpur which is 190 km away and drop to Railway station for onwards journey. Jabalpur has well connected trains from Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata & South India. Tour End
